Mary's Apartments

The apartment was central, close to the historical centre and public transport. It was cosy and well equipped. Had all that we needed for our stay

This was a brilliant accommodation option in a remarkable city. We were delighted with the apartment with views across to the distant mountains and much closer minarets. The call of the muezzin several times a day was spellbinding and atmospheric. The rooms were comfortable and warm, quiet too. The kitchen area was fine with all conveniences we required. There were more towels than we could need! We could come and go as we pleased and the walk down the hill into Baščaršija was lined with gorgeous, quaint Bosnian cafes, a 100 metres or so from the bus stop, and across the road from the famous Sebilj fountain.

The roads up from Baščaršija are a steep climb and cobbly, so care needed with wheeled suitcases. But really, nothing to dislike about this wonderful place.

The appartement is perfect. So clean and also so near to the old city (5 min walking). It has all the necessary and also a kitchen where you can prepare a quick breakfast. The heating is also good. If I come back again to Sarajevo I will choose it for sure (if available ^^). n.b: the host is nice and responds quickly.o

Very comfortable bed, clean & very close to old town. The wifi is great.

The road to the house is a little bit confusing, we have trouble to find the house. The host not willing to came down to help us find the house. He gave not very clear instructions. Not like the houses we stayed before this. The water heater & heater not functioning well and the host late take action make us take shower with cold water🥶& blaming us for the broken of the heater system. This is very rude but doesn’t matter we just stayed 1 night. We stayed for 3 person, my friend slept on the sofa bed which is they not put mattress pad or something comfy because the cushions is a bit hard.
