Feel like home guest house

I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful my stay was and, above all, how incredibly well I was treated. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed and cared for a member of the family who was already in touch before arrival. Everyone was so kind, warm-hearted, generous and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their recommendations are really good! The location is perfect: in a quiet area, yet only about a 10-minute walk from the city centre, supermarket and bakery. The room was spotless, comfortable and had everything I needed. But what really made this stay special was their people. They made me genuinely feel at home. I felt genuinely cared for, not simply like a guest. This place was for me, a beautiful example of the kindness, warmth and hospitality of the people of Bosnia. I truly couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Sarajevo and I think it made the difference. I came to Sarajevo as a traveller and left feeling that I had made friends. I will never forget their kindness and generosity.

The room was clean and neat in general and the place was located quite close to the main attractions. AC and wi-fi worked fine. The host was friendly and helpful.

Not enough space for a couple with a child but we managed. Parking was on the street which wasn’t a big problem but the streets there are narrow and generally it’s sometimes risky to move around.

Super lovely and helpful owner, she allowed luggage storage after my check out and refused to take money for that. It’s quite far from the railway station, had to take a 10eur taxi & didn’t have a particularly pleasant experience with that. But it’s not the property’s fault. A bit expensive, but again it was last minute booking on a Saturday night and I only stayed one night Perfect shower pressure, however, soon the hot water turned into cold- so no long showers

The room was really well cleaned, there was also a washing machine that is very useful. The position is near the center. Also the parking is good.

Unfortunately the pillows were really uncomfortable, we had a really difficult time sleeping. In addition, the host entered the house more than once without letting us know. We know that she didn’t do it with bad intentions, because she is really a kind person, this made us uncomfortable. A suggestion could be to warn the guest before entering.
