Apartment Mejtas - Center of Sarajevo

El anfitrión muy amable, tuvimos un problema de salud y nos trajo más toallas y sabanas limpias. El apartamento no es muy acogedor (parece una oficina convertida en apartamento) pero todo esta muy limpio y es cómodo. El aparcamiento es en la propia finca.

Jättefin lägenhet med mycket plats. AC i både sovrum och vardagsrum. Läget var jättebra och det stora pluset var den privata parkeringen bakom en låst grind. Mycket enkel kommunikation med ägaren. 10 min promenad till Baščaršija. Tänk på att platsen ligger på en höjd så en del uppförsbacke för att komma till huset när man går.

The apartment is relatively close to the centre, in a popular but safe street. Check-in with key box. Be careful if you arrive at night: the entrance gate is closed and not lit. Also, there is another keybox next to the apartment, which can be misleading. You have to open the gate and enter the actual entrance to the apartment. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are adequate. Really useful kettler. Comfortable bed and quiet surroundings. There is a very useful supermarket not far from the apartment, with long opening hours (closed on Sunday) The TV is an LG android TV with basically all pay channels, so either you have a subscription on your own or you can't use it. Really good WiFi.

When I arrived, the heating was not on and the flat was cold. You can use the convectors to heat, but only the one in the kitchen was working. The problem was fixed by the tenant the next day. There are few dishes and a small microwave would be very useful. There are no kitchen towels. The only frying pan does what it can, but should be replaced: it sticks food and cooks so-so. Bring an eye mask if the morning light bothers you: there are no blinds to close and the curtains are not very effective.

The location of the property couldn’t be better! Safe and close by shops and restaurants, Bascarsija and other points of interest. The property was exceptionally clean and very well equipped with anything you might need. Very spacious rooms with high ceilings and comfortable beds. The host was super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this property and host. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!
