The location, the amount of space. Stunning property.

It would have been great if there were blackout blinds/curtains as light coming in did disturb our sleep. Next time we wil tske eye masks. A toaster would have been handy and a small hoover.

Das Apartment ist wirklich toll – sehr großzügig und damit perfekt für eine größere Gruppe. Auch die Lage ist super zentral, sodass vieles bequem erreichbar ist. Der Check-in hat reibungslos funktioniert und die Vermieter waren jederzeit gut erreichbar. Einziger kleiner Punkt, den man bei der Planung berücksichtigen sollte, ist die Anreise mit dem Auto und die Parksituation. Das kann im Zentrum etwas kompliziert sein, was bei einer Unterkunft in dieser Lage aber durchaus zu erwarten ist. Wenn man sich darauf einstellt, ist es überhaupt kein Problem – wir sind jedenfalls gut damit zurechtgekommen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Apartment definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Auch wenn die Unterkunft insgesamt sehr sauber war, gab es ein paar kleinere Punkte, die uns aufgefallen sind. Im Badezimmer kam zwischendurch ein unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Außerdem hatten sich draußen am Fenster Tauben eingenistet. Wenn sie losgeflogen sind, wurde dadurch teilweise etwas Schmutz ins Badezimmer getragen. Im Gäste-WC haben wir abends gelegentlich kleine Käfer entdeckt. Insgesamt waren das eher kleinere Unannehmlichkeiten, die unseren Aufenthalt nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt haben, die man aber dennoch erwähnen sollte.

Excellent location. Beds are amazing. One of the few places I stayed with such good beds. There is a lot of space. Service was good. Water pressure in shower is excellent. Nice big tv in every room. Lots of closet space. In every room, there is airconditioning. We enjoyed staying in this appartment!

The bathroom smell is unbearable. Smells like a sewer all the time. We had to close the door constantly to avoid the house being invaded by the smell. It was a real pain. Furthermore, shower causes lots of water in the floor. Would be nice to have a floor wiper or something to clean it up afterwards. Next, it would have been nice to have more than one key. Especially because most people stay with a group in this appartment. It is inconvenient with one key when the group wants to split and cannot go home because of the key. In one bedroom the curtain was broken. In addition, the curtains in de bedrooms barely block any light in the bedroom. Would be simply fixed by better curtains.

It was spacious and looked welcoming. Rooms were large. Great location.

The bathrooms had a foul smell and found bugs in them. The property wasn’t as clean on arrival, had to dust down all the counter tops - not something you want to do as soon as you arrive.
