Maison Eleven Central 2-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony and Private Parking

La struttura è molto accogliente, si trova in una bella posizione e ha un parcheggio comodo. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, nonostante ci fossero problemi con l’impianto idrico è sempre stato gentile e disponibile, rispondendo sempre in fretta ai nostri messaggi. La struttura è anche molto pulita e ben tenuta. Consigliatissimo!

We travelled as a family, four adults and a toddler. The property was spacious and very clean, which matters to us. There was everything we needed; towels, kitchen utensils, basic cooking ingredients like salt and oil. The location was really good. Although we had a car, we barely used it. We walked everywhere; the city center, historical landmarks, parks and stores. The private parking lot saved us from paying extra for parking and also from looking for a parking spot. The owner was really helpful. We were able to reach them whenever we needed. We definitely consider staying there every time we visit Sarajevo. We will also recommend it to our connections. Thank you for everything.

The instructions for facilities (parking, lock box for keys, wi-fi etc.) were very clear but apparently we missed the ones about the heating. We didn't know that we had to turn it on by ourselves. We realized that it was not working at night. Later in the morning, we reached the owner and they told us how to turn it on. They can consider including that in their instructional message. Apart from that everything was great.
