Amazing location , near to the city center , clean apartment, everything needed is there , the owner is polite and easy to contact with
1. The apartment is one the 3rd floor with no elevator , no help with getting the bags up , and this information was told to us before 1 hour of reaching the apartment
2. The bedroom without AC so it was hot during our stay

Forthcoming help staff (owner was out of town).

Sofa took a little to figure out its expanding.
Limited possibility for shading for the dawn especially in the kitchen.
Third floor takes some effort each time...but fine!
Very uneasy parking for off/on-loading in front of the house.
