The room had everything we needed. Very spacious. Good decor. Kettle and fridge. Excellent location

Not much. Free 3 in 1 coffee and cups.
Very old building. Too many instructions and threats of fines for many things. No human touch, comms on emails only, mould smell across property. Untidy entry. Minimum and oldish furnishings in the room. Broken shower door. Very uncomfortable, very soft bed from sponge foam. On 3rd floor with no elevator.
