Apartment Latin Bridge

Die Lage war wirklich perfekt, direkt am Fluss und gegenüber der Bahnstation. Ein Auto braucht man dort nicht. In die Innenstadt ist es ein Steinschlag entfernt.

Leider war es nicht ganz sauber. Die Bettwäsche war nicht frisch bezogen und das Bad wies Gebrauchsspuren auf. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter wurde dann aber die Bettwäsche umgehend gewechselt.

The host was very kind when arranging arrival time, letting us into the apartment, handing over the keys and recommendations for sightseeing. If you are coming by car for a shorter stay of 2-3 days, I would recommend parking in the underground garage of the Hotel Europa where a daily ticket is around 20.00 EUR. It is less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel garage to the apartment. The biggest advantage of this apartment is its great location, as you are 5-10 minutes' walk from all the main locations of Baščaršija and Ferhadija. When we come back to Sarajevo, we would be willing to rent this apartment again just because of the great location.

Although the living room of the apartment is located on a busy avenue with a tram passing through, traffic noise was not a problem for us. Since we ate local specialties (burek, ćevapi...) in the city for the whole stay, we did not use the kitchen. Although the apartment meets the basic purpose of a good overnight stay, it needs to work on cleanliness and maintenance if a higher rating is expected. This is especially true for bed linen and towels, which the owner would be well advised to invest in buying new ones. There weren't enough towels, and they had a musty smell right after the first wipe, even though we spread them to dry thoroughly.
