- very comfortable bed, this was the absolute highlight of the stay, the sleeping comfort was top
- very modern, brand new and spotlessly clean apartment
- good wifi
- hot water runs out too fast. There is not enough hot water for two people to take a comfortable shower. Other guests complained about this before, but it is still not fixed.
- there is no reception, so you cannot leave your bags anywhere
- difficult check-in. The apartment is managed by a company and, as usual with agencies, the check-in process is way too complicated.

位置很好找，在Sarajevo city center 附近，从火车站过去不远。取钥匙也很便利，这边都是以这种方式的，已经很熟悉。房屋内部显然是新刷墙体，仍有味道，开窗通风就舒服了。
公寓提前了解到我们晚上19点后才入住，理论上足够时间清洁房屋和设施细节，但并无做得好。
1、洗衣机内有湿的地拖布，看起来判断就是清洁人员拖完地将地拖布放入洗衣机洗而忘记晒干，忘记装回地拖板。让我本来看中有洗衣机的特点，却绝对不敢再使用。也提醒后面住客吧。
2、烧水壶被上手客人用来煮咖啡，而咖啡渣仍存留在烧水壶内，滤网沾满咖啡渣，清洁人员未发现。我们用来烧水喝，即便静放一段时间，喝完水喉咙都感觉有咖啡渣。残留咖啡渣是可以令人腹泻，我们第二天确实都腹泻了。
3、建议洗手间增加一个垃圾桶，现时需要把洗手间的纸巾拿到厨房丢弃，非常不便。

Lovely apartment, spacious and clean. I enjoyed my stay there with my family. Quiet place.
I had some issues with check-in and check-out and hosts were completely unresponsive, process is fully automatic, so beware to read instructions carefully and preferably in advance.
