Mona Luxury Apartments - Free Garage Parking

It was my first time booking an apartment through Booking, and actually my first time booking an apartment in general, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. However, my first experience was positive in every way. The hosts contacted me in advance and provided all the necessary information clearly and straightforwardly. The check-in process was very easy, and whenever I had a question, they were always available and responded very quickly. I never had to wait long for a reply, and they were consistently friendly and helpful. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, was very clean, and had everything I needed. There were even extra supplies available in the hallway cupboard in case something ran out, such as coffee and other essentials. The location is also great, it only takes about 5min to reach the city centre. There is a parking space available as well, although I didn’t need it during this stay. Check-out was just as easy as check-in. Overall, everything was excellent. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others and would happily book it again in the future.

I don’t really have any major negative points to mention. If I had to point out something, it would be that payment is made in cash. However, even this was very straightforward and easy. I was able to pay in either euros or local currency (BAM), and I received a payment confirmation through Booking very quickly afterwards. Another minor point is that the apartment is somewhat sound-sensitive, and you may occasionally hear noise from neighbouring apartments. However, since most guests are likely to spend much of their time exploring the city, I don’t think this is a significant issue.

Cleanliness is well, and the furniture is new

We stayed with our family for three days in November. The heater was running at night throughout my stay. It's a bit far from the city center. The streets are steep, which was a bit of a problem. There are no disposable slippers in the room. There are slippers everyone uses. Only cash payment is accepted, so it's a shame there aren't any other payment options.
