Nice location, cozy and comfortable!

The shower door is a bit worn out so it's watering the floor. The washing machine is leaking a lot, it might be the programme I selected however the bathroom was flooded. Also the selection of tea and coffee was missing, it's a small thing but it really does the impression.

1. Easy entry instructions 2. Spacious apartment 3. Good wifi 4. Good set of cutlery - but no spatula, ladle, tongs, etc for cooking 5. Nice views of the mountains 6. Plenty of hot water 7. Good amount of toilet paper in the bathroom 8. Quiet area 9. Location is close enough to groceries and convenience stores 10. There was an elevator so that was useful 11. Plenty of lights in the living area 12. There was a washing machine, which we didn't need

Clearly, no one has actually lived in the property because if they did, they would have discovered many things that are missing. 1. There was no shower caddy so I was forced to put my toiletries (including my loofah and bar of soap) on the shower floor, which I found unhygienic and gross. 2. In the shower, there was an exposed bar or something on the wall that made it dangerous for someone who might scratch themselves or worse while taking a shower. 3. There were exposed cables/wiring in the bathroom. (I have photos.) 4. They left a wet mop in the bathroom and so it stank for a day in there. 5. Dishwasher smelled of vomit! Even after running it, the stench was still there and was disgusting. 6. No bin liners in the trash can in the kitchen and in the bathroom. 7. Needs to have a manual - for how to use the induction hob, the oven, the dishwasher and the hundreds of light switches! 8. The frying pans provided weren't induction hob suitable, so I had to improvise frying eggs (without any spatula or frying pans). 9. There was no spatula or ladle or any cooking implement. 10. There were no tea towels or kitchen towels/paper towels. 11. Hard to sleep because the blinds in the sleeping area weren't enough and let the light from the streetlamps through. 12. The door handles of the main door kept falling off! 13. Granted that they asked after the first day if they could help with something, but we wanted to keep our privacy and didn't want anybody coming in while we were out. 14. The pillows provided didn't offer any neck support - they were almost useless due to how soft they were. Our heads just sank in them. 15. Before our arrival, I have asked and requested things that would normally be provided by property owners. They just kept saying everything will be sorted. But no, unfortunately. 16.
