Great place nice and spacious Close to old town

It’s ok

-Excellent location within walking distance to everything -Really spacious with plenty of cupboards/shelves/tables -Decent air con -Very clean -Amazing value for money

Overall everything was great, just a few niggles: -Not really anywhere to hang towels to dry -Smart TV didn’t work very well - kept freezing and weren’t able to use it/ connect to wifi -Coffee pods kindly provided but only one for a 2 night stay for 2 people

The location was very handy for accessing the old Town, communication with the host was clear and easy and the room was tidy and bed was comfortable.

Based off other reviews, the lift has clearly been broken for 6+ months and while I understand this is beyond the hosts' control, it should be made clear when booking it's a third-floor apartment with no functioning lift. The door to the overall building itself is left open to the public (no lock/keypad), and there's no working lock on the door from the stairwell into the hallway with the rooms, meaning anyone could walk right up to the apartment door. Given there was also no secondary locking mechanism on the apartment room door (like a chain or deadlock) I did not feel secure as a solo traveller and ended up leaving after one night for a different hotel.
