Our stay at this accommodation was excellent in every way. Emira was a fantastic host – friendly, quick to communicate, and always available for any questions. The location is great, close to all the main sights and attractions Sarajevo has to offer. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy, everything was well organized down to the last detail. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation with excellent service. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful three-night stay and would definitely book this apartment again. The apartment was exactly as advertised—spotlessly clean, well equipped, and in a fantastic location. It was only a five-minute walk to Baščaršija, as well as numerous restaurants, bakeries, and other attractions, yet it was quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. Our host, Emira, was absolutely exceptional. We had originally booked another apartment, but upon arrival discovered that it was no longer available. We quickly found and reserved Emira’s apartment, and within seconds she contacted us. She had everything ready, and we were able to check in at 11:00 a.m., which made a stressful situation so much easier. Throughout our stay, Emira went above and beyond. When we needed clean towels, she was at our door with fresh ones within five minutes. I also admired a beautiful rug in the apartment and casually asked if she remembered where she had bought it. On the day we checked out, Emira surprised me by waiting outside with the exact same brand-new rug as a gift. It was such an incredibly thoughtful and generous gesture that we will never forget. Emira’s kindness and hospitality perfectly reflect the warm, welcoming nature of the people of Sarajevo. She is truly one of the best hosts we have ever had. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning on our next visit.

There was nothing we didn’t like

Communication with the owners is great, they had so much understanding and really do their best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. Even though we didn’t end up staying in the apartment, location is great and we will come back for sure next time we’re in Sarajevo.

great location, free parking

We had to make one bed by ourselves. We were 4, but only a bed for 2 was ready. Sofa was not and the host just showed us where are the bed sheets, blanket and so on stored. I think this is not acceptable as i already booked for 4 persons and they knew that.
