Appartamento confortevole e a 3 minuti dal centro percorrendo una discesa (ovviamente al ritorno in salita). C'è un piccolo supermercato a 2 minuti a piedi e la stazione di polizia di fianco. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile nell'accoglierci.

I dintorni e la facciata dell'immobile sono in decadenza(ma non rispecchiano assolutamente gli interni)e il primo impatto puo essere negativo

Location is great. It is a peacefull place. Apartment is comfortable.

There's a shower unit (with no door or shower curtain) which opens up directly onto the bathroom. This means that every time you have a shower, water floods the whole bathroom and you have to spend a considerable amount of time to mop it up such that someone wouldn't slip and seriously injure themselves. I found myself spending 15 minutes a day cleaning the bathroom because of this -- for a holiday apartment at this price, that isn't acceptable. This has been brought up in multiple reviews from 2 and 3 years ago, but it seems that nothing has been done about it, which is quite disappointing. As shown in the attached pictures, the shower head holder and other fixtures were broken in the shower unit itself. The towels provided upon arrival weren't clean and had what looks like mould on them, which was quite rough. The facilities provided are very basic. Many things for a comfortable stay were missing, for example a bathroom mat. The toiletries in the bathroom were completely empty and I had to spend 30 BAM to buy some from the supermarket, even though they should be provided as per the listing. This was an unwelcome expense which I shouldn't have had to incur given what was advertised. The kitchen didn't have any appliances apart from a cheap kettle and didn't have enough should someone want to cook for themselves; the saucepans weren't usable. The furniture and furnishings were basic and of low quality, especially the mattresses and pillows. Unfortunately, many features advertised in the listing weren't actually present in the apartment. As someone familiar with Sarajevo, I felt that the stay was quite overpriced for what was offered, and much better could be found for the same cost.
