Very Nice Room w/ Excellent Location

Excellent location and rooms are clean. Really nice garden area as well.

Parking was a bit of a challenge and room/bathroom are quite small.

Charming apartment with a garden in a very convenient location.

Comfortable beds, very clean, balcony overlooking the greenery. The best thing is fully equipped kitchen and terrace in the garden - great to have breakfast or dinner surrounded by flowers in bloom, lemon trees, turtles and bunnies. The location is super convenient, 5 minutes on foot from Pisa tower, shops and restaurants, 30 min on foot to central train station.

Mosquitos are a problem in the whole Pisa area. The apartment has a mosquito net sliding door, but during the first night we didn't notice it ( a note to the host to point out to the door to guests! in Croatia we have a different type of mosquito net door).

Convenient

Perfect location, literally a few steps away from Piazza del Duomo and Tower of Pisa! The flat was clean, comfortable and well secured. The host was kind and always available via chat.

We booked a night only and unfortunately there was no hot water in the morning. The host eventually would have sorted this out.

Superb

Very friendly and helpful owner. Beautiful garden with table outside for breakfast. Lots of tortoises and some rabbits to add interest. Very clean room. Nicely decorated and modern. Kitchen area for guests to use. Super convenient ( 5 mins walk) for tower area. 15 mins walk to S. Rosso Station for trains into Pisa Centrale (2 mins) Super restaurant just 3 mins walk away called Kiste. Turn left out of hotel, then left onto main road, through archway and then turn left with tower behind you and restaurant is one of two on left. Excellent food. Went there twice. Very convenient for seeing tower and cathedral lit up at night when only a few people around.

Bathroom extremely small. Beware if you are large! Price a little expensive but maybe that's due to location near to tower.

Such a relaxing experience in a beautiful home with a very welcoming host.

The location was fabulous. When you walked out the front door, was so nice to see the Tower of Pisa right there behind the city wall. Nicole was very welcoming. The room was spacious, we had a lovely balcony. There is a very nice back garden with cute little creatures.

A stunning house in the perfect location

A beautiful quiet, spot right next to the leaning tower. The house is lovely with plenty of tea and coffee making facilities. The host was friendly and helpful. The best accommodation we had in our 2 weeks in Italy.

Wonderful stay!

Very well-kept, clean house and room. Very welcoming and kind owner. Location just a few minutes on foot from the Tower. Adorable little garden. Organic toiletries is a plus. Good value! Next time we visit Pisa, we will gladly come again! Thank you so much!

The helpfulness and friendliness of the owners stands out from the start. The building and rooms were spotless. A beautiful setting with view of the tower.

The location is ideal, the hosts were amazing and very receptive. Comfortable, clean, and the backyard is a piece of paradise.

Perfect for a short term stay

This hotel is perfect for a short term stay in Pisa, directly located next to the Pisa tower. The owner lady was so lovely and friendly, always helpful and answered all of our questions . The facilities and the room were clean, neat and welcoming. Loved it

Superb

Great location, just outside Pisa Old town ( so you are not in the middle of touristic chaos), but just a few minutes away from the Tower and city center walking! The room is well decorated, extremely clean, with lots of light and fresh AC.I even had a little balcony, so nice to have a morning or afternoon coffee in hot Pisa. Nicole, the host, is so welcoming and nice, she will give you extremely useful tips for your stay and is there to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I will definitely go back whenever I have a chance to pass by Pisa.

I absolutely loved my stay here!!! I highly recommend this b&b to anyone staying in Pisa. The location is perfect - just a few minutes walk to all of the main attractions in Pisa. The room was beautiful and so comfortable. I was provided everything I needed & more. The B&b was incredibly charming! There are dozens of turtles and a few rabbits in the back area, and it's so much fun to see them. Nicole is the most excellent host - she is kind, helpful, and accommodating. She made several recommendations to me that enriched my trip, and I so enjoyed talking with her. Everything was truly perfect during my stay, and I hope that I will be able to stay here again in the future!

The place is marvellous; the owner is extremely kind, it has a beautiful garden, with lime trees, turtles, rabbits and gold fishes, the rooms are clean, silent, and calm. Highly recommended.

Fantastic accommodation, which I would fully recommend. Location is excellent too.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful always around at some point of the day if you had questions. Homemade Limoncello was offered by Nicole which was very nice. It is very quiet and peaceful and the outdoor communal area is a massive bonus. The location is a massive plus, with the tower very close and a train station just up the road.
