We were happily surprised by the great hospitality in the hotel! The staff was very friendly and diner and breakfast were both lovely. The price-quality ratio is perfect. We could only stay for 1 night, because we went on the next day to do the Valbona-Theth hike. However, we really enjoyed our stay! Special compliment to Ledi who took the car to bring us to the startingpoint of the hike. So kind!

The breakfast was very good and included in the price, except for the coffee.
We had booked an apartment for 4 people, but it was changed to two separate rooms without notifying us. Also, when we arrived, the shower was not working and there was no hot water. Additionally, all the noises from the hotel could be heard in the room.
