Beautiful and peaceful property surrounded by trees and flowers. A great place to relax and rest. The room was clean and comfortable, the host was welcoming, and the food was very good. Overall, I had an excellent stay.

If you’re looking to meet other travelers and have a very social experience, this may not be the best choice. It’s more of a quiet and relaxing place.

Sweet guesthouse with beautiful garden and mountain view. Room is very simple, but if you only need a place to sleep it’s totally fine. Hosts were kind even though communication is limited since they don’t speak much English. We ordered the dinner (vegetarian) and it was good and traditional Albanian. They packed our breakfast in a bag for the hike which was nice. The location is good, but quite far from the start of the hike to Theth (some people would take a taxi, we hiked an additional hour).

The light in the room was very bright and there was no bedside lamp. With window open there was all the smoke from cooking coming into our room. It can get a bit warm in the room (no AC). We paid more because they said the price in € and we wanted to pay in LEK (e.g. 50€ are not 5000 LEK).

Loved the warm welcome from the host and had a real family feel with other members helping out, spacious but basic wooden clad rooms with their own bathroom. Cold beers, dinner, breakfast and packed lunch all arranged and close to both an ATM and restaurant nice for lunch on arrival. Areas to sit outside and the best Espresso in the morning before we set off. Even arranged to be dropped off to the start of the trailhead/riverbed.

The bathroom was ridiculous. There was no way to cover the open window, so my wife had to wait till dark and take a shower with the light off to feel safe. The room was hot. We asked for a fan but they didn't have one. We wanted to wake up early, but going to sleep early was difficult since the walls are thin and hosts talked loudly till 10pm. Breakfast was okay. One egg, a small hot dog, a tiny piece of cheese, two slices of cucumber, one slice of tomato, some bread and a weak cup of mint tea. No coffee, no fruit, no choices, but they did make it at 6am, so we could get on the trail early. We had dinner one night and were disappointed. Not only was it insipid, but it was also a rip off - €10 per person and we got a bowl of luke warm vegetable soup, a dry, roasted chicken leg, half of a small salad, cold fli, some bread and A glass of water. No fruit, no dessert, nothing had flavor They are about 3km from the trailhead, but it's a pretty walk.
