Relatively new SPA but only 1 swimming pool which is outdoor.

Quality, charming hotel with a lovely swimming pool. Nice for a stayover or a couple of lazy days.
The beds were very comfortable; the breakfast excellent. The swimming pool was very refreshing. The location is walking distance from the center, which is very convenient.
It was not all together clear what the cost is of extras like the spa treatments, eggs at breakfast ... But we could have asked and didn't so.

Beautiful hotel, massive parking issues.
The hotel is really modern and the decor is sublime. Beautiful throughout. The SPA is very unique, loved the small details in the room and the breakfast was more than wonderful. They were really accommodating towards our dog as well.
PARKING! or lack of it. As the hotel of this standard please get a valet service as it was horrible and the receptionist failed to mentioned that there is an underground parking for an extra fee. As well, please let your guests know to book the restaurant in advance as its very upsetting to come tired and having to look where to have dinner.

Lovely stay and serene place
I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, largely thanks to the charming interior design that makes it feel very homely. The garden is a true highlight — peaceful and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated with cute, personal touches that add character and comfort. While not all staff interactions were consistent, some team members were exceptionally friendly and quick to respond to any requests, which really made a difference. Overall, a cozy and serene place to stay with great ambiance.
Some staff members were inattentive and slow to acknowledge guests. More importantly, while sitting at the bar, we could clearly hear the bar staff gossiping about other hotel guests. As someone witnessing this firsthand, it felt unprofessional and created a rather uncomfortable vibe.
