Very bad experience.

Nothing.I will not recommend this property. The cleaning service only came once in 24 nights, even after a request and complaint to booking.com, even though cleaning was scheduled after every 7 days. The toilet had very bad smell . I didn't get any fresh towels, after a week i had no toilet paper abd nobody came to bring some . the manager lady was never available to talk. The Air conditioner didn’t worked for 5 days i had to wait till i got another room . The coffee machine was broken i requested to exchange per email nobady came and i didn’t get any reply. That was the worst experience. They lady who managed the property put me under pressure and disrespected me .

Totally exceeded our expectations in terms of space, cleanliness and location.

The room/apartment was spotless and so well equipped. Supermarket next door and accommodation very close to the cycle path (which was the reason for the stay). Beautiful, large, clean bathroom. Was only expecting a microwave but had a two hob burner as well. Loved the electric blinds. TV had Sky news which was also a bonus. Will be returning next year.

Struggled to get in but phoned host who talked us through the procedure. Had read references beforehand so knew in advance that this might be an issue.

Beautiful place to stay when you are in the region. Very bright rooms, lovely colors and extremely comfy bed! Staff was also very helpful and kind providing me with some recommendations close by.

One of the best apartments we’ve stayed in!

Bright and spacious with a really efficient air con system. Brand new and pristine. Amazing shower. Shutters on windows fantastic thereby ensuring good quality sleep. Super clean. Low cost well stocked Norma supermarket just across the car park. Excellent Hema Kebab house just a minute’s walk away if you don’t like Burger King, McDonald’s and KFC, and you can get pizza and a variety of other meals there too. A great place to stay if you need to be in Saarlouis. Don’t expect beautiful scenery around you as it’s in a suburb of Saarlouis with nothing to do around you, but once inside the apartment you are in a super comfortable bubble where you can relax in style and comfort. We had a hitch during check-in but owners quickly solved the problem and recompensed us. Very quick to communicate. No toiletries or cleaning agents but not a problem as we carry our own. We would definitely stay again

Its very close to the highway exit, so its easy to get somewhere. And although its located next to the highway, with te windows closed you'll not hear any highway sounds.

There isn't very much to do in the area, and you'll need to drive to get to the city center.

Bueno he tenido la suerte de pasar por aquí qué es lo que me ha gustado la limpieza para mí fundamental el apartamento súper cómodo había un aspiradora que yo soy loca de la limpieza y me encanta ese detalle de la aspiradora el chico de la limpieza día por medio eh me cambiaba las toallas eh muy atento conmigo eh siendo que yo soy una turista porque soy argentina eh pues la verdad que me ha parecido fenomenal lo recomiendo al 100% está cerca un Burger King un McDonald's eh el supermercado saliendo hasta el frente o sea está todo cerca la estación de tren si está un poquito lejos tienes que tomar un uber o un taxi hay que poner fotos aquí la verdad que me ha tocado más tiempo con lluvia viento mucho frío así que no he podido tomar ninguna foto lo siento pero lugar es espectacular

No tengo ni a nada negativo para decir sobre el lugar porque me ha gustado aparte es muy tranquilo

Hervorragend für einen Zwischenstopp.

Wir waren lediglich für eine Nacht im Hotel wegen Zwischenstopp auf eine Reise. Es ging also nur ums Schlafen plus Duschen am nächsten Morgen. Das Studio war sehr geräumig mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Es gibt einen großen Flat TV in der Wohn-Kücheneinheit mit allem was man dort benötigt. Das Bad ist geräumig und alles funktionierte einwandfrei. TV statt im Aufenthaltsbereich im Schlafraum wäre für uns jetzt besser gewesen, aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Die Lage ist jetzt nicht so der Brüller. Schließt sich quasi direkt an ein Einkaufszentrum an und liegt dort etwas versteckt in der hinteren Ecke. Dort hin gelangt man über den Parkplatz eine Discounters, auf dem natürlich ständig etwas los ist. Die Autobahn ist direkt in der Nähe, stört jetzt allerdings nicht dramatisch.

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Zimmer mit einfachem und effizientem Check-In

Ich war beruflich in Saarlouis unterwegs und habe das Smart & Stay Hotel für zwei Nächte gebucht. Der Check-In funktioniert komplett digital und hat reibungslos geklappt. Alle notwendigen Informationen wurden rechtzeitig zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte alles, was man benötigt, inkl. Küche, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, usw. Falls ich nochmal nach Saarlouis muss, werde ich definitiv dieses Hotel nochmal buchen, eine klare Empfehlung!

Preislich und von der Ausstattung eine echte Alternative zum klassischen Hotel. Check In sehr einfach. Kein Warten an der Rezeption. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Objekt. E-Ladesäulen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gemütliches Sofa.

Ich habe mich gefragt, warum das Besteck, Geschirr und Töpfe in Plastikboxen im Raum stand und nicht in die vorhandenen Küchenschränke verstaut wurde ?? Kühlschrank etwas laut.

Größer als gedacht

Schönes großes Appartement, sehr sauber, gut beheizt. Bett eher auf der festen Seite, fanden wir sehr gut. Auch das direkte parken vor der Tür ist schön. Ausreichend Geschirr zum kochen, obwohl wir das nicht gemacht haben.

Der Flur ist relativ hellhörig und die unmittelbare Umgebung kann man nicht als schon, aber funktional beschreiben.

Jederzeit wieder - es war für mich perfekt.

Das war eine 11 von 10! Hier ist man traurig, wenn man weiter muss. Gebucht zum Zweck der kurzen Übernachtung in Autobahnnähe auf der Durchreise wurde ich mit einem stilvoll und vor allem sehr detailliert und liebevoll eingerichteten Apartment überrascht. Alles ist zweckmäßig und sehr gut durchdacht. Hier fehlt es an nichts, da kann sich so manch anderes Hotel hinter verstecken. Das I-Tüpfelchen ist dann noch das Personal im Background. Freundlich, zuverlässig und sofort für den Gast zur Stelle. Sollte es mich wieder in die Nähe bringen weiß ich auf jeden Fall wo ich übernachten werde. TOP und vielen Dank

Ich habe mich in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt, hat alles gepasst für mich.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber, modern und ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. Kaffeepadmaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank war vorhanden bzw. alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Ca 20x telefonisch, WhatsApp, Email geschrieben das ich die Rechnung brauche. Keinerlei Reaktion. 4 Nächte, nicht 1x wurde gereinigt, frische Handtücher... Überall Spinnweben. Kein besteck und Teller, Töpfe usw in Aufbewahrungsbox

Un séjour agréable mais perfectible sur certains points.

* le côté spacieux de l'appartement, le fait d'avoir des pièces indépendantes les unes des autres, un vrai luxe. * la situation géographique, proche de tous les axes autoroutiers, au pied d'un supermarché et d'une zone commerciale. * l'amabilité du personnel chargé de l'entretien, à l'écoute et désireux de résoudre nos quelques problèmes. * la simplicité de ne plus avoir de clé sur soi.

* Le check in (les consignes ont été envoyées trop tardivement, le jour même, quelques heures avant l'arrivée) : nous nous retrouvons avec les codes de Booking (qui ne servent à rien) et les codes fournis par smart hotel (qui servent à débloquer l'accès grâce à une station de commande devant l'hôtel (cela n'était pas clair, c'était trop compliqué, et surtout, trop tardif !) * Manque de vaisselle pour vraiment cuisiner, de couverts sur place (2 tasses, 2 assiettes, 2 fourchettes, etc...), bref, c'est trop juste. * A notre arrivée, l'évier de la salle de bain était quasiment déjà bouché, et 7/8 bouteilles de bière vides étaient présentes dans les armoires (problème résolu grâce au personnel sur place) * Le téléviseur comporte énormément de chaines, mais seules une ou deux sont françaises, ce qui est complètement anormal, à mon sens, dans une région frontalière de la France. Il y a moyen d'accéder à Netflix, Youtube ou Amazon prime vidéo, mais nous l'avons pas utilisé car les consignes d'utilisation étaient uniquement disponibles en l'allemand. * D'une manière générale, le manque de communication avec des humains !
