Upon arrival at the accommodation, we were told that we had made a reservation late and that we would be accommodated in the next "spare" building. The reservation was made 2 weeks in advance, they probably forgot about us and had no other rooms available. That would be ok, but compared to the main building in this one was a mess, cold and the wifi didn't work because it was too far away.If we were staying in the main building, the review would probably be better.

Lage traumhaft

Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Personal, Restaurant und nicht zuletzt die Aussicht entschädigen für kleine Unzulänglichkeiten. Sehr ruhig wirklich erholsam. Vorher aber anfragen ob Musikevent im Garten stattfindet. Übrigens traumhaft die ganze Anlage.

Ausstattung dürfte etwas aufgepeppt werden.

Zum Übernachten war es OK, aber wir haben uns über die Umstände vor Ort geärgert.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Hunde sind Willkommen. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer schönen Lage.

Unser Zimmer war voller Staub und Spinnenweben, im Bad waren noch Haare von dem Gast vorher. Der Kühlschrank war nicht eingeschaltet und auch nicht sauber. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, aber auch diese war nicht sauber. Einen Tag von unserem Aufenthalt gab es kein Frühstück, weil der Koch verschlafen hat. Es gibt eigentlich eine Telefonnummer, die angeblich rund um die Uhr erreichbar ist, dort haben wir aber vergebens angerufen und im Hotel war ausser ein Gast der auch Frühstücken wollte niemand zu finden. Nach einer Stunde warten haben wir dann Auswärts Verpflegt. Uns wurde pro Nacht und pro Hund eine Reinigungspauschale berechnet, es wurde aber während unseres Aufenthaltes weder gereinigt und auch sonst war kein Zimmerservice vorhanden. Ich habe diese Reinigungspauschale angesprochen und gefragt wie diese zustande kommt, wenn nicht mal unser Zimmer gesaugt wurde und daraufhin wurde uns wenigstens nur einer unserer zwei Hunde berechnet.

Mooie rustige locatie met goed restaurant

Een wat ouder en gedateerd pand voornamelijk aan de buitenzijde, maar verder prima. Prima bedden, goed ontbijt, uitstekend restaurant, vlees wordt hier op hout gestookte grill gebraden. Vriendelijk personeel. Grote Biergarten met een fraai uitzicht over de vallei. Onze motoren mochten binnen in de garage staan.

Kurzurlaub im Saarland

Sehr schöne Lage, jede Menge Parkplätze vorhanden. Unkompliziertes Check in. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Reagiert sofort auf Anfragen. Gutes WLAN. Frühstück absolut in Ordnung und auf Nachfrage bekommt man auch mehr. Frische Brötchen und Eier. Schönes Zimmer mit angenehmen Bad und Dusche. Es liegen sogar kleine Packungen mit Duschgel, Shampoo und Seife aus. Lediglich das Putzmittel hat mich etwas an Krankenhaus Toiletten erinnert. War aber nicht schlimm. Der Balkon ist durchgehend und verbindet alle Zimmer. Leider kann man kein Fenster kippen, deshalb ist das Lüften nicht sinnvoll, wenn man nicht im Zimmer ist. Alles in allem habe ich einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt gehabt und konnte auch das anschließende Restaurant testen und war sehr zufrieden.

Keine Möglichkeit zum Lüften in Abwesenheit (Fenster auf Kipp nicht möglich). Im TV sind nicht alle Sender gespeichert ( zb. fehlt ONE)

Top Lage, schöne Aussicht, freundliches Personal.

Leider nicht sehr sauber, der Teppich im Eingangsbereich und in den Zimmern ist eine Zumutung. Dreckige Balkons und Spinnweben an den Wänden. Hellhörige Zimmer. Dementsprechend Preis-Leistung nicht stimmig.

sehr sehr schmutzig verschimmelte Dusche total schmutzig, Stuhl auf Toilette, Toilette bürsten voll Stuhl und toilettenpapier, Flecken auf Bettzeug, fingerdick Staub, Spinnweben, vieles kaputt un verlebt. minimal Frühstücksbuffet von schlechter Qualität,kein Tee keine Getränke außer Kaffee und Osaft. Dreck im Restaurant auf dem Boden. Teppiche voll Flecken

Nähe zur Klinik meiner Lebensgefährtin Schöne Gegend Ruhe Tolles Restaurant Freundlicher Service im Hotel Wunsch nach einem zusätzlichen Kissen wurde sofort erfüllt

Ausstattung des Zimmers 70er Jahre, ziemlich verwohnt, Teppich und Vorhänge naja Badezimmer alt und m.E.sanierungsbedürftig Zimmer lag direkt an der Küche Aussicht aus dem Fenster in Innenhof mit Gasflaschen Da sind 65 Euro schon fast zu viel Für eine Nacht okay

Ein gelungenes Wochenende, auch wenn das Wetter nicht so ganz mitspielte!

Super gelegen mit toller Aussicht zur einen und Wald zur anderen Seite - dort verläuft die Grenze zu Frankreich. Dem Gebäude (äußerlich) und zumindest der Nasszelle unseres Zimmers würde eine Renovierung gut tun. Die Betten sind gut. Hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel für ältere Personen besonders geeignet ist, weil man nur am Eingang 2 Stufen "bewältigen" muss! Die Angestellten sind superfreundlich und gehen auf alle Fragen und Wünsche ein. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut und reichlich!
