I liked the male receptionist. Kind and respectful.

Breakfast was poor. They said they would serve scrambled eggs and bacon. They didn’t serve that

Has electric car charging

The rooms they gave us stank of stale smoke and we had to ask to move to another room as we had kids. The rooms were old and tired. They gave us a room with a kitchen and as everything was shut we cooked in the kitchen in the room. We were then charged 35 euros in the morning for this, but they had not mentioned it when they changed the room due to them being uninhabitable. The attitude of the lady was abrasive at best. Very disappointed and pointed this out to them as don't want to have future guests unaware of the problems.

Great location, lovely, clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff.

The apartment was lovely. Very spacious with good facilities. It was nice and quiet. Great loaction for the shops and restuaurants within walking distance.

More instructions on what to do on arrival. We had the pin code for the room, but didn't know this was for the outside door too. Signage to indicate where the entrance to the hotel was would be good too please.

All good very well planned and executed by the staff as I stayed over the weekend.

Sehr gutes Hotel für einen schönen Kurzurlaub im Saarland.

Das Frühstück beinhaltete alles: Obstsalat selbstgemacht, Eierspeise, Joghurt, Käse, Marmelade usw. Die Lage war für mich sehr optimal, nahe an der Veranstaltung. Zu Fuß erreichbar. Großer Parkplatz am Hotel vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und erfüllte, wenn machbar, jeden Wunsch. Hinter dem Hotel eine Wiese, wunderbar. Vom Balkon des Zimmers aus, Sicht ins Weite.

Die Zimmer waren ein bisschen hellhörig, oder die dort schlafenden Touristen zu laut, im Hof, im Flur.... , abends und morgens. Aber es war auszuhalten. Morgens früh konnte man den Straßenlärm hören. Für mich jedoch eigentlich nicht störend.
