Beautiful flat in wonderful location!

The host was very friendly and the apartment very beautiful and cosey in a lovely location. We also had private parking with is fantastic for Sirmione otherwise you have to park outside the historic town.

We had everything at the apartment but there was no shower gel, it would be nice to mention to bring our own. Hotels and apartments usually have gel so this was a little disappointing.

Superb location! Very close to old city and other places worth to visit. The apartment has everything for comfortable stay. Comfy bed. Underground parking.

Nothing to complain, except AC was bit noisy and had to turn of at night.

Lack of additional pillows for sleeping and watching tv in bed in a more comfortable position. Heating and water thermostat could be easier to operate (it often stopped working and had to be manually reset).

A wonderful experience.

Wonderful villa and gardens. Quirky and quaint up in the roof space. Well decorated. Simple access to Sirmione, Verona and villages of Lago di Garda. Diana was marvellous. She met us at the property and showed us how to use everything. Arranged hypoallergenic sheets and towels. We had ordered an urgent package to be delivered. Diana followed up with the courier many times and let us know exactly when it would be delivered.

Very good

The location was very convenient for the shops and restaurants in town and the beach. Characterful apartment with good facilities. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and got a bottle of sparkling wine and rose petals on the bed upon arrival, which was very welcoming and thoughtful.

No supermarket in the town so I would recommend picking up provisions before you arrive. We didn’t have a car and nearest supermarket was over 3km away. We found out halfway through our stay that you get a discount on food and drink at the hotel meridiana next door, which is also good to know but we were not told this upon check in.

Nice historic property. Great location. Great pool. No views as the property is in the loft.

Good location a very short stroll into historic centre. Pool was lovely. Good choice of restaurants and bars. Hotel next door served excellent cocktails. No supermarket in the old town. You need to take the 1€ shuttle bus from stop 5 to stop 11 in Columbare to buy groceries. Easy to do though.

Would appreciate two sets of keys rather than one; it was a bit complicated if we did things separately.

Boa localização, acesso complicado.

O lugar é sem dúvida maravilhoso! Com certeza uma localização privilegiada dentro de Sirmione e a descrição do anuncio reflete a realidade do local.

Embora a propiedade seja muito bonita e esteja em um lugar privilegiado é muito justo se falar do que não se fala no anúncio: A) Os horarios de acesso de carro são fortemente regulados dentro de Sirmione. E quando é permitido o grande número de turistas na rua faz difícil a chegada e saida ao local. B) O supermercado mais perto se encontra a 3.5km da propiedade. Absolutamente nada por perto para comprar coisas básicas como papel de banheiro (que solo são fornecidos 2 rolos) ou sabão para a lavadora de ropas. Sem mencionar que faltam lugares para comprar comida básica para um simples cafe da manhã (padarias, mercadinhos, quitandas). Tem que sair de carro para procurar C) É notório que o apartamento está precisando de uma manutenção básica, o chuveiro que aparenta ser sofisticado, somente funciona a função do chuveiro com um fluxo de agua limitado. Só um ar condicionado funciona e o que funciona basa agua.

Dalle finestre nessuna vista incantevole. Una perdita d'acqua dalla doccia costeggia il muro ed arriva alla porta del bagno. Entrare a Sirmione con l'auto non è raccomandabile in più, nei giorni di maggior afflusso ci sono un sacco di orari dove non si puo né entrare né uscire. La signora molto gentile e disponibile!

Ich hätte gerne eine Tür zum Wohnbereich gehabt, damit man etwas mehr Privatsphäre zu den Kindern hat. ( durch Vorhang abgetrennt)

Bella mansarda nella stupenda Villa storica che era la ex residenza estiva di Maria Callas

Appartamento mansardato bello e confortevole completo di angolo cottura. In ottima posizione nella ex residenza estiva che era di Maria Callas ora diviso in appartamenti. Villa storica davvero molto bella e con un bellissimo giardino (completa di piscina ma non utilizzabile). La casa è nel centro storico (nella ZTL) ma è completa di box privato e accesso alla ZTL compreso nel prezzo per tutto il soggiorno. Credo sia molto difficile trovare un B&B o anche un hotel nel centro storico di Sirmione che ha un parcheggio o box privato compreso. La mansarda è raggiungibile fino al piano 4 con ascensore e poi a piedi ultima rampa di scale. Accettano gli animali. L'appartamento è completo di quasi tutto quello che serve. Chi ci ha accolto a nome della proprietà è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Da considerare che il pagamento è possibile esclusivamente in struttura e solo in contanti (non hanno il pos essendo una casa privata). Nel complesso bel posto e bel soggiorno. Da ritornarci.

Peccato per qualche piccola trascuratezza nella pulizia e consiglio una maggiore attenzione ai dettagli (mancanza di tovaglioli, mancanza di bagno schiuma, caffè ancora con la moka e peraltro finito).

Incantevole villa storica...un salto nel passato con le comodità del presente

La villa è molto suggestiva e si trova in posizione invidiabile...nel centro storico di Sirmione, ma fuori dalle viuzze chiassose. Circondata dal verde, dispone di un grazioso parchetto e una piscina (non accessibile nel periodo invernale in cui sono stato io). L'appartamento è ben accessoriato...ci sono anche lavastoviglie, lavatrice, microonde, tostapane, bollitore, macchina per caffè americano, phon, 2 televisori. Garage con accesso diretto all'edificio (tutto coperto) e ascensore.

Il divano richiederebbe un piccolo restauro...

Cet appartement sous les toits a de belles proportions. Idéal pour découvrir le lac de Garde.

L’emplacement du logement est idéal pour profiter de Sirmione. Proche de la plage, des thermes et des restaurants. Très pratique d’avoir un parking en sous-sol !

Le climatiseur est particulièrement bruyant. La douche mériterait d’être changée. Et un étendoir à serviettes de toilettes serait pratique.
