Fantastic little hidden gem perfectly located for a comfortable stay.

The location was amazing right in the hear of Sirmione historic town and around the corner from the beach with so many eateries and shops. A short walk from the shuttle bus stop and the apartment was perfect for our stay. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with good communication.

We were lucky to be in the first apartment which was a short flight of stairs but it could be difficult with heavy luggage or children if on upper floors as there is no lift. Wi-Fi was practically non existent and signal is poor.

The location is fantastic, the place is very simple but it was perfect for 3 people. The owner welcomed us and was very friendly.

If you are planning on cooking your own food, there are no basic products such as oil, salt or sugar. There are no kettle, toaster or kitchen paper.

Very poor

Worst experience we’ve ever had staying at an apartment. Upon arrival we met a friendly man who took us up to our apartment. He advised us that we must pay the €9 city tax and fill out an information form. We agreed, no problem. We started looking for change to pay the man straight away but while we were looking he kindly told us ‘you DO NOT NEED TO PAY THE €9 RIGHT AWAY, just pay it before you leave. We later received a text saying we can leave it on the table upon the day of departure. Proof of this is provided in the screenshots of our conversation below. Thus, we planned to leave both the €9 tax fee and the information slip on the table the morning of our departure day. Very nice of them, right? Wrong. (Continues below…)

As we were sleeping on the night before departure, at around midnight we hear an extremely loud banging at the door. So loud it was almost deafening. Frightened, I said: ‘Hello?’. The response was in an exasperated Italian woman’s voice & I did not understand. As we were getting our clothes on in preparation to open the door we hear the loud banging once again. Being in an unfamiliar area in a foreign country at close to midnight, we were terrified. I open the door & see a small, old Italian woman with brown hair gesticulating & uttering something in broken English about a €9 fee. We had just received a text stating we could leave the €9 fee on the table the following morning and I tried to explain this to her but before I could finish she yelled ‘NO, NOW!’. Wanting her to leave given we were woken up abruptly, we gave her the €9 fee straight away. She then pointed to a sign that read €50 fee if the appartment was left untidy. We understood this upon arrival & did not need reminding. Like any place we stay, we always leave it clean and ‘In order’ (pictures below). After she had ceased squaking, I politely asked about the garbage given there were no instructions on how to dispose of it. She said something I did not understand so I politely said: ‘okay I will dispose of it tomorrow morning, no problem’. She blurted out ‘NO, NOW!’. We looked at each other in amazement at what was happening, but decided it was best to remain calm, polite & to take the garbage out immediately to de escalate. Also, earlier we politely asked why the wifi wasn’t working & were ignored & there were no instructions on how to check out whatsoever. We expect an apology from this woman, but like other responses she has given to guests who have complained about her behaviour, she will probably claim WE were somehow in the wrong or lying. Unfortunately, this ruined our whole experience. Totally unnecessary, and very disappointing. Never again.

Excellent property, lovely hosts!

Really sweet hosts and lovely property in stellar location. Great value for money! Functional kitchen (kettle now included despite past reviews noting the property didn't have one) and enough space to comfortable fit two people.

Bed was two singles pushed together which wasn't a huge deal but did lead to a bit of a sore back after a few nights!

Location 10/10! Beautiful

Location was amazing, restaurant downstairs was run by the same people who owned the apartment, food was 10/10 there. Everything you could need for a trip away. Apartments in the same area was 3xtimes more expensive.

Matress could do with upgrading, but was OK. If you are a light sleeper, probably not suited to you as there does be garbage trucks early in the morning, but that's what you should expect if you want amazing location.

A great price value apartment right in the centre of Sirmione

I love Sirmione and the apartment is right in the centre of it. The apartment was clean, the AC and the roof fan was working, they did a pretty good job at cooling down the apartment. The closest public beach is about 50 meters from the apartment and within two to three minutes of walking you can find plenty of great restaurants. The check-in and check out went smoothly. If you arrive by car you have to park it in a secured parking spot just outside of the castle, I would highly recommend to ask for a golf car shuttle from the car park to the apartment… it is great fun and a comfortable way to get to the apartment with the luggages.

The location is really good, in the real centre od Sirmione. Very close to sights, restaurants etc. The bathroom is new and reconstructed. Air conditioning functional.

The host doesn't speak English. The bed was not comfortable (broken on my side). Very basic kitchen equipment (no kettle for example). WiFi didn't work most of the time. No lift (which was OK for us).

A lovely stay in beautiful Sirmione

Well equipped apartment with everything we needed for our short stay. The bathroom seemed very new. It is situated above a restaurant but the street is so very quiet. Sirmione is absolutely beautiful and the closest beach is a couple of minutes walk away. There are many restaurants to choose from.

The apartment seemed to lack some natural light for us but we didn’t spend too much time in it.

The apartment was well situated. The shower was very good. The air-con was effective.

Extremely unfriendly hosts. When arriving she refused to let me and my 2 daughters sit at a table outside her pizzeria, despite 3 chairs laid out. 2 days later I walked past and there were a family of 3 sat there. The unfriendliness continued : I asked to do laundry (expecting to pay extra) and had to 'persuade' the host to take my small bag of laundry, gruffly told it would be 5 euro. Wifi: there was none at all available. Their English was virtually non-existent despite claiming on Booking.com that "English is spoken" ,( so an obvious lie). Their whole attitude seemed to be complete indifference except when it came to money. Kitchen : lacking the basics one would expect in any decent place: no washing up liquid, no brillo pad, no basics like salt, no vegetable peeler, no spatula ( so nothing to stir with except a spoon) , no kettle ( neither electric nor to put on hob).

Miasteczko piękne co do reszty lekkie rozczarowanie.

Apartament jest w centrum historycznej części Sirmione. Praktycznie przy plaży miejskiej (choć to bardzo duże słowo, bo plaża jest miniaturowa). Trzeba mieć buty do wody bo dno kamieniste. Wąskie uliczki mają swój klimat. Sam apartament czysty i pachnący ale dość ciasny i ciemy (zamknięte okiennice). W sumie tylko na to, żeby się tam przespać bo nie ma w środku żadnej przestrzeni na relaks.

Od samego początku bardzo trudny kontakt z gospodarzami. Brak odpowiedzi na wiadomości zostawione na booking. Brak jasnych komunikatów co do parkingu, który rezerwowałam. Musiałam prosić o interwencję administratorów Booking. Po tej interwencji gospodarz zostawił informację ale po Włosku. Informacja na tyle lakoniczna, że miałam problem z wjazdem. A kiedy probowałam zadzwonić kilkukrotnie to nie odbierał. Potem oddzwonił do mnie i zdenerwowanym tonem stwierdził że on nie mówi po angielsku i po co wydzwaniam. (dziwne, bo jak już dotarliśmy melexem z parkingu pod apartament to na miejscu była osoba anglojęzyczna, która nas zameldowała). Właściciele prowadzą restaurację na dole. Kontakt prawie żadny, nawet na dzień dobry średni odzew i dziwne spojrzenia.Pozostaje niesmak.

fint med et lille køleskab lejligheden ligger meget centralt der bliver gjort rent i gaderne hver dag. rent og pænt. mulighed for at få en fast parkeringsplads

vred vært, som var meget lidt imødekommende, og fik os til at føle at vi næsten var til besvær. Værten talte meget lidt engelsk. ingen nye håndklæder i løbet af 5 dage. aircondttion blev ikke tændt, elektrisk vifte i loftet som styres med fjernbetjening have ikke Batterier i ( dette fandt vi selv ud af og købte selv nye batterier) der mangler myggenet i vinduet, da der kommer rigtig mange små fluer og myg ind i lejligheden hvis du åbner i løbet af dagen. meget støj fra gaden også når alle turister er gået hjem (vi lokale fortsætter støjen)

Undvik detta ställe. Vi lämnade tidigare pga flera orsaker, det gick inte bo där någon längre stund utan vi fick leta nytt. Tyvärr. AC och fläkt fungerade ej och personalen ryckte på axlarna åt oss när vi påpekade detta. Huset är gammalt och avloppet STANK helt outhärdligt. Den inledningsvis starka doften av rengöringsmedel användes sannolikt för att försöka dölja det värsta av stanken. Sängarna är utslitna och nedluggna. Mycket lyhört och husets övriga boende hördes mycket väl. Städningen hade även den en del att önska.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento e mi sono trovato davvero bene. La camera era spaziosa e luminosa, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata fuori. Il bagno era funzionale e pulito, con tutto il necessario. La cucina, anche se essenziale, era comoda e ben attrezzata per preparare pasti veloci. In generale, un appartamento accogliente e pratico, ideale per un soggiorno tranquillo.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Der Gastgeber war freundlich. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet.

Im Badezimmer gab es keine ablageflächen. Das Essen in Sirmione und auch in der ummittelbaren Umgebung ist freundlich ausgedrückt sehr Touristisch.
