We had a wonderful stay here. The room was extremely comfortable — spacious, well-lit, and very well maintained. Our host, Maria, was incredibly kind and helpful. She thoughtfully provided a great selection of snacks and also recommended some excellent nearby cafés for breakfast and meals. After long days exploring Rome, we genuinely looked forward to returning to the hotel each evening. It really felt welcoming and relaxing to come back to. The room also had ample space for hanging clothes, and toiletries along with an amenities kit were thoughtfully provided. Whenever I return to Rome, I would happily stay here again.

It was clean overall
Towels had holes torn, shower head came off, lack of instruction for the various aspects of apartment eg how to close shutters, the location was far from convenience.
