Pretty clean
The shower is leaking and there is no defense on windows against mosquitoes. Washing machine wasn’t working. At night it could be a little bit noisy because of a racing cars, drunk people.

Very clean room, the vitakey set up, spacious, price, and finally bathroom facilities all great. Didn't use the kitchen facility so can't comment.
We accidently left our phones in the room, which left us stuck in the lobby for an hour. Fortunately we bumped into some wonderful people who lived in the building who managed to get us the code to the door system. Remember your phone. If not remember the codes to the doors
