Fantastic guesthouse with lots of amenities nearby. You’re on the edge of the city so you can either walk into the centre (approximately one hour) or take the subway. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and there is a shared kitchen for you to use. The host, Andrea, was super helpful and I would highly recommend this place to others.

We loved the spacious and clean room, very comfortable bed, large bathroom and the A/C worked perfectly fine. The check in was super easy and Andrea was always quick to contact via WhatsApp which we appreciated a lot. Check out worked fine as well. We attended a concert at Stadio Olimpico and it was very easy to walk to the accommodation. It only takes about 20min. Also reaching the city center and the Vatican is very comfortable via bus and/or metro. Cost from airport via taxi was about 60€ one way. The room was very quiet (we had the diamond room to the inside). The shared kitchen is well equipped. We would always stay here again for a concert.

- Emplacement pratique à proximité du Foro Italico, idéal pour assister à un événement sportif.
- Andrea est sympathique, accueillant et disponible.
- Insonorisation catastrophique : on entend très clairement les voisins ainsi que le bruit de la rue.
- Literie peu confortable.
- Situation assez éloignée du centre-ville ; il faut aimer marcher. La station de métro la plus proche se trouve à environ 20 minutes à pied.
- Rapport qualité-prix décevant compte tenu des prestations proposées.
