Abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza con lo Stadio Olimpico, la vicinanza dalla fermata del bus, il self check-in, il silenzio, la zona residenziale tranquilla, il bar vicinissimo, i materassi comodi. Erano presenti fette biscottate, creckers, l’occorrente per fare il caffè, le tisane, il burro e le marmellate in frigo, la cucina da poter utilizzare in comune, il bagno con la doccia grande e il bidet.
Le camere si trovano all’interno di un appartamento in un seminterrato umido. Purtroppo, essendoci solo una tenda davanti alla finestra, entrava la luce dai lati. Pulizia da migliorare: era presente della muffa sugli angoli della doccia, delle ragnatele in camera, la porta bianca sporca internamente di quello che sembrava caffè. Il bagno è senza finestra. Il muro del bagno è rovinato presumo a causa dell’umidità
