La zona, il quartiere, molto pulito, ben presidiato dalle forze dell’ordine e stranamente, molto silenzioso. Procedura di accesso alla camera molto, molto ben documentato dai messaggi WhatsApp dell’host.
Quasi nulla, se non forse per la mancanza di opportuni tendini nel bagno.

La silenziosità della camera e la comodità del letto; la posizione strategica rispetto al luogo d'interesse(foro italico) e la fermata dei bus sotto casa.
L'impossibilità di trovare parcheggio durante le ore diurne; il cattivo odore che proveniva dal wc (anche se i sanitari erano molto puliti) l'assenza del bidet e la pulizia della camera (capelli ed altro a terra e polvere sulle superfici)
