Sheets for the single bed should be available to use if needed. The buses were a 3 minute walk

Restaurants that were listed on the website were pretty much day only. Nothing open at night.

The location is perfect and walkable to the Vatican and other areas. Room was clean with a TV, Air conditioning, microwave and coffee maker.

Room should have its own fridge instead of a communal one.

Good position(close to bus station and metro) and also clean(and a good price)

Convenient location since many bus lines start/end at Clodio, quiet and safe. We were allowed to stay a bit longer in the room since alternative luggage storage solutions might have been a bit complicated (host is not living at this property).

Unlike other places we stayed at, one of the first things we were asked for was the city tax, when you would like some explanations about the place and get some tips (usually it is paid in the end of the stay). Description of the place could be improved: 1. Fridge, kettle and coffee machine are shared with another room. 2. We could not find any slippers (mentioned in room description). 3. Unlike most other places we visited in Italy, be it B&Bs, guest houses or hotels, in this place you have to ask extra for cleaning, change of towels and refilling of coffee. You always have to be one step ahead with your planning. 4. There is not a 24h front desk, but to be fair Alessandro can be reached easily by WhatsApp.
