Good. The host very helpful.
We were unable to get the air conditioner working, which could have been an issue in hotter weather. There was also a slight bad smell in the bathroom.

Very lovely and clean rooms, and easy to access and very comfy beds.
It’s a little further out of the centre of Rome and a little expensive - however to be expected in Rome in general. The nearby road can be a little noisy at times.

Great location with lots of public transport options available. Very comfortable room for resting after a whole day of sightseeing. The owner is a fast-responder willing to help you with all your needs, and he even arranged a private transport from the airport for us.

Nice room, clean, bright, good size, not too noisy. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure good. Parking was cheap and really convenient across the road. Some very nice restaurants in the area too.
It's a bit far from the centre, about 30 minutes to piazza del Popolo. But that's my fault for not checking the distances properly.
