I Prati Di Roma

Baño privado y tenía buen aire acondicionado.

Olía bastante a cigarrillo, se escuchaba mucho ruido de los demás huéspedes.

It was clean and tidy, with an Italian atmosphere.

There was basically no breakfast (a complimentary juice and sweets are not enough to call breakfast; the owners should delete "breakfast included" from the website because it's not actually provided like in other places). The kitchen is not equipped to cook anything. Buying at least a microwave would help. I don't understand why the owners didn't take such simple steps to improve, after so many reviews like this. Overall, it's a nice place, but compared to other places with similar prices that include breakfast, I wouldn't choose this one.

Accomodation is 15min by walk to Vatican, we received clearly instructions how to checkin, room was clean, you can use small kitchen and our room had a small balcony which was nice for a morning coffee. Small breakfast is included (coffee, croissant, crackers, jams, every day some treat). Owners were helpful and communicated almost imediately after message was sent. Comparing the location and price it is a good value and I would stay there again. If you are a good walker, you can make it from apartment to the Spanish stairs and Trevi fountain by walk in 40minutes and from there continue further to the centre, basically we made all by walk, but you can use metro Ottaviano which is about 8min by walk and there are some buses passing by the street too. There are many restaurants and small shops near.
