Situato in una zona molto tranquilla, metro Ottaviano ad una decina di minuti a piedi. Host molto solare e accogliente, sempre disponibile sia via Wa che telefonicamente.
Struttura situata al piano -1, di conseguenza piuttosto umida e poco luminosa. Molto spartana, sicuramente pulita ma con arredi camera/doccia abbastanza vissuti. Sicuramente un posto perfetto se siete di passaggio, qualche giorno in più a mio avviso, richiederebbe un comfort maggiore.

la struttura era molto bella in una delle mie zone preferite di Roma. Ogni giorno veniva pulita, il bagno era perfetto e i letti comodissimi. Consiglio
l’unico difetto che però non cambia nulla è che si trovi sotto terra e non mi prendeva tanto il telefono però per fortuna c’era il Wi-Fi loro

Presenza di barriere architettoniche, trattasi però di graziosa palazzina degli anni '30 del secolo scorso.

La posizione rispetto allo stadio olimpico visto che il soggiorno era legato ad un concerto
Purtroppo devo ammettere che a mio avviso il prezzo della camera è stato leggermente alto per la location, essendo di fatto un seminterrato. La porta a libro del bagno era rotta. Mi è piaciuto poco non aver avuto un contatto diretto con il proprietario che ha dato indicazioni con messaggi whatsapp e video inerenti al funzionamento per le chiavi e pagamento.
