The room is very comfortable and clean. The owners are very polite and room was cleaned and sheets and towels changed twice in 10 nights stay. We got a room with a view towards the lake. Very large parking space inside the property. I recommend this property.

Superb
The house is situated very close to Ksamil centre, reachable by a 3-5 minute walk. It had great parking space included by the house, and the host family are available for help all the time. Rooms are excellently equipped, and all the other facilities are in great condition, taken in consideration that the building seems very new (built around 4-5 years ago).

Pure and clean
Perfect,clean and comfortable triple room. The location was great near the centre, but away from the noise. Close to the supermarket and walking distance to the beach. Ana the owner was very helpful and nice.We enjoyed our stay there and hopefully will visit vila Zeka next year,too.🙂👋

Disappointing
The standard of the room was very high, I liked it immensely. The bathroom looked brand-new. AC worked properly. The place has got a free-of-charge parking lot.
Apartment Zeka hasn't got any signs in the vicinity leading to the place. Finding it after dark might be problematic. Secondly, the road leading to the place is in a bad condition. Thirdly, THERE WAS NO TOILET PAPER IN THE BATHROOM which is totally unacceptable to me when paying such a decent amount of money for a stay.
