This is a beatiful liberty-style property with a nice garden and amazing lake views. The apartment was very well appointed with a well-equipped kitchen. Ilaria was a very helpful host, who made many suggestions and was quick to respond to any question. Very happy with our stay.

Standard, modern bnb in an old mansion.

Nice view

Renovation on the cheap side, almost full Ikea, average location, parking not suitable for sporty/large vehicules (should be mentionned), very weak wifi, lack of any storage in the bathroom, lack of microwave, lack of kitchen gear, etc. Also, full payment at the checkin isn't a nice experience and does not make the customer feel welcome at all.

Exceptional

The apartment was lovely. We were very impressed by the combination between old historical house and modern touch. The kitchen had everything we needed, it was a real pleasure to drink wine and watch the Lago from the window. The garden was amazing, large and well maintained, quiet and just above the Lago. You can admire the nature with a glass of wine during the night ot with a coffee in the Mornings. The host was really friendly and helpful, she even made reservations for us in two restaurants and gave us useful input.

Location with an outstanding view

Imagine sitting at the terrace with an outstanding view to Lago Maggiore, in a beautiful villa on the top of the hill... You're surrounded by the large garden where you can find the shadow and read the book. Amazing place, great host. Also there is also a great restaurant, "Locanda a sud", in the a short walking distance (reservation recommended).

Internet was a little bit flaky on the rainy day, otherwise nothing to improve.

Beautiful apartment, clean, well equipped and managed with a lot of dedication. Spacious balcony ideal for a dinner with fantastic view over Lago Maggiore. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great view and wonderful host

Fabulous location with a magnificien view of all Lago Maggiore. Very well maintained equipped property, especially for families with kids. Illaria is a great host. Prosecco was a small pleasant surprise. Definitely we'll come back.

Amazing house with great view. Like living in a 19th century house. Owner was very nice and showed us places to visit. The house had all the amendments we need including expresso machine and wine.

Perfect stay

Ilaria is a very helpful and kind host. She recommended restaurants, gellaterias, supermarkets, outlets and everything was worth it to visit. Thank you a lot for your time and the warming hospitality. The Location is outstanding. The view over the lake is stunning. Breakfast with a view. And it's just peaceful. We used the sunbeds in the garden to enjoy the sun, having the kitchen right next to us. The kitchen is stocked with the important things you need to cook.

A palace....just like on Isola Bella....

The house is like a palazzo, with original furniture and decoration. It is even more beautiful than on the pictures. The apartments are quite big, the views over the lake are outstanding. Ilara, the owner, is a wonderful host, always helpful. Due to proximity to the center of Verbania the location is excellent for exploring Lago Maggiore.

Perfect villa for a gateway with mesmerizing view towards Lago Maggiore.

I have rented the whole villa for my birthday and I couldn’t be happier about my choice! The villa itself is amazing, every single room has it’s charm. The view towards the lake and mountains is breathtaking (and i was there in December, we were lucky to have sunny days). Ilaria was extremely sweet and helpful host and made sure our stay is perfect. Would love to come back again!

Traumhafter Urlaub in wunderbarem Ambiente.

Die Villa liegt einfach traumhaft und man hat eine fantastische Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Die Ferienwohnung mit der Terrasse ist sehr gut ausgestattet und stilvoll eingerichtet. Überhaupt merkt man dem Haus an, dass es besonders liebevoll, geschmackvoll und stilsicher eingerichtet ist. Die Ausstattung mit antikem Mobilar, die hohen Decken in Verbindung mit den alten (aber funktionsfähigen!) Türen schaffen eine wunderbare Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Die modernen Komponenten insbesondere im Bad und in der Küche sind funktionell und mehr als ausreichend für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Der zur Villa gehörende Park ist wunderschön. Unsere Vermieterin Ilaria hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Fragen und war gefühlt 24 Stunden erreichbar. Hierfür auch an dieser Stelle ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön.

Der einzige Hinweis an dieser Stelle hat seine Ursache im historischen Content des Gebäudes. Die Zufahrt auf das Grundstück ist recht schmal. Für uns (Mittelklasse-PKW) kein Problem, größere Fahrzeuge könnten aber Schwierigkeiten bekommen. Für diese PKW steht allerdings auch ein öffentlicher Parkplatz mit ausreichen Plätzen unmittelbar vor der Eingangstür zur Verfügung.

Es gab keinen Balkon. Im wohn- essbereich gab es nur 2 dachflächenfenster und man konnte nicht wirklich aus dem Fenster sehen. Außerdem war es in der Dachwohnung sehr heiß
