The breakfast room could be nicer—it’s in the basement—and the offerings could be wider. But the staff at breakfast, like everywhere in the hote, was excellent.

We stayed at Family room for 5 days. Because of the hotel s approach, the room was not cleaned and when we left the room, we had to clean the kitchen and take out the rubbish outside.

Really nice place to stay, the exterior pool, the lake and landscape view was really nice.

Hotel is located in front of the lake, it has a nice pool and lake access crossing the front street, which you can cross through a underneath tunnel. They also gave us access to near by camping places. The room was comfortable and all equipment worked fine. There was plenty of parking available and it was covered.

Location , convenience and nice facilities at the apartment. Private pool and pool. Own terrace is very good and big. Kitchen is very handy. Staff were very friendly , relaxed and helpful . Parking facility is very good as well.

Situato in una zona perfetta, in macchina il centro è a 5 minuti e a piedi circa 20! La vista è bellissima, personale gentilissimo e sempre molto disponibile. Colazione classica a buffet tutto molto buono.

La stanza aveva qualche “difetto” ma comunque nel complesso andava tutto bene :)

Würdiger Abschluss von Toskana-Ferien, letzter Etappenort auf der Rückreise mit 1 Übernachtung.

Das Frühstück war vielfältig. Jenseits der stark befahrenen Strasse bietet der schöne Garten mit Pool und kleinem Strand an sonnigen Tagen Erholung und Gelegenheit zu sportlichemn Betätigung. Der Strassenlärm wird aber nach einiger Zeit immer stärker empfunden.

Das Reisegepäck muss über längere Distanz und mit beachtlicher Höhendifferenz zum Auto getragen werden.

Ideal, direkter Zugang zum Strand, Pool wegen Wetter nicht geöffnet. Super schöner Ausflug mit Fähre nach Laveno und Bergbahn Fahrt gemacht.

Das Essensangebot beim Frühstück, gab nur Weißmehrprodukte, beim Kaffee hatte man die Wahl zwischen Latte Macciato und Capuccino, normalen Kaffe gab es nicht !

Alles wunderbar ☺️ Sehr erholsam, sehr ruhig und entspannt es ist zwar außerhalb aber genau das richtige für uns. Der Pool war sehr wenig besucht daher richtig toll. Auch die Poolbar war toll gutes Essen nettes Personal. Ein toller erholsamer Urlaub

Das Personal war freundlich. So wie es auch sein sollte, wenn es im Dienstleistungssektor Arbeitet. Der Pool hat noch Düsen, welche angenehm waren. Der Zugang zum See war gut. Pool Bar inkl. Bedienung war sensationell!!! Reinigungspersonal war super!!!!

Die Betten waren zu kurz. Javel Geruch bei der Bettwäsche. Die Lampe auf dem Balkon war automatisch an, so das wir den Balkon nicht nutzen konnten. Preis Leistung für das Zimmer war zu Teuer.

Idéalement situé et accueillant

Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et agréable. Le grand parking couvert au sein de l'hôtel est un vrai avantage. La piscine (bonnets de bains obligatoires) ainsi que la petite plage donnant sur le lac étaient super pour se rafraîchir après les balades. Il y avait aussi des activités proposées autour de la piscine comme le tennis de table, le badminton ou des pédalos à louer (13€ de l'heure) et un pool house où on peut prendre des boissons, manger ou commander des pizzas à emporter. La vue sur le lac depuis les appartements est très belle. L'appartement mansardé en lui-même n'est pas très moderne mais très fonctionnel et suffisamment spacieux. Pour les appartements il y a également un service de pain et viennoiseries à commander la veille et aller chercher à l'accueil. La localisation est idéale à 5min du centre-ville d'Intra et de la villa Taranto et Pallenza. A moins de 30min, on peut se rendre facilement à Stresa pour prendre le bateau et découvrir les îles Borromée, ou encore se rendre du côté de Cannobio et l'Orrido de Sant'Anna. Nous pouvions également avoir accès aux campings partenaires Isolino mais nous n'en avons pas profité. Une prochaine fois peut-être. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
