Beightons Bed and Breakfast

A great B&B in a lovely location. A real 'home from home' with everything we needed for our 2-night stay. A lovely touch of taking breakfast in your room at a time to suit you. The host, Mike, was extremely friendly and always happy to chat 😁. From our room we were able to enjoy watching wildlife in the lovely garden - various species of birds, a rabbit and a muntjac deer! The bed was sooooo comfy and the bathroom was huge (we had room 1). It was a short drive from Bury St Edmunds and all that this fab town has to offer. Would we recommend to our friends or stay here again? Yes, in a heartbeat 💓

Set in the countryside ... very relaxing.

The host was really lovely, & very pleasant. The breakfast was plentiful, and the grounds were lovely. The room was pleasant, but in need of a little TLC.

We had to ask for handtowels & a bathmat, and the shower tray could have been cleaner. The room decor was pleasant, but everything could have done with a thorough clean ( the dish with the jams was very sticky). Fresh milk would have been preferable to UHT. We would have enjoyed fresh air, but couldn't open the windows.
