Poor value for the price, not a relaxing stay

The agriturismo is well-maintained, and the swimming pool is a nice feature. However, overall, it does not offer good value for the price and is not a relaxing place to stay.

The room was extremely small and disappointing. It was advertised as 20 square meters on Booking.com- Brunelleschi- but in reality, it didn’t even reach that size—including the bathroom. The window was tiny, allowing very little natural light, which made the room feel even more cramped. There was also a complete lack of services: no daily cleaning (which was not specified at the time of booking), no food options, no outdoor table near our room (only the apartments had them—the closest one for us was by the swimming pool), and not even a kettle or a coffee machine available for guests. If you want to eat or drink anything, you need to drive to the nearest village (San Donato), at 2 km. The location of our room (Brunelleschi) was also an issue—it faced the entrance and the car park, so we constantly heard other guests arriving, leaving, and talking with the host. It’s unclear why check-ins weren’t handled at the back reception area, which might have reduced the noise. The host's presence was intrusive and loud. She began cleaning very early in the morning, using a loud vacuum cleaner and speaking loudly on the phone. In the afternoon, she used an empty room on our floor for ironing, with the radio at full volume and a very noisy washing machine running nearby. It was impossible to relax, have privacy or take a nap under these conditions. If you're looking for a peaceful, restful stay, this is not the right place—and certainly not worth the price.

Amazing typical tuscan house in a pretty area surrounded with vineyards and countryside scenery which can be admired from all areas regardless of where you are - our room had a spectacular view out the windows and lounging by the pool also had a breathtaking backdrop. I couldn't be happier with this place overall. A nice enjoyable walk 20 minute walk to the town which has a shop and a few restaurants. Pool was brilliant. We loved this place, such a great value for money. Hoping to return!

Brilliant and great value

Great place to stay in Tuscany. Can walk into town where there are 2 nice restaurants, and so many lovely wineries within a 10 min drive! The pool and outdoor area was gorgeous, we loved chilling there

Rooms were really clean. Nice pool area with great view. Very quite, we did not hear the autostrada.

Le manque d'une assiette dans la chambre. Nous avions la bouilloire, le café, le thé tout pour prendre un petit déjeuner.

L’accoglienza della proprietaria è stata perfetta. Sempre disponibile e molto gentile. La camera è veramente molto pulita, piccola ma in perfetto stile toscano. La location generale sembra uscita da un film, ben curata, immersa nel verde e nella pace dei colli. Consigliamo vivamente se si vuole fuggire dal caos cittadino e rilassarsi a bordo piscina.

Un peccato che l'agriturismo non offra i pasti se si alloggia nelle camere e non negli appartamenti.

Idéal pour un séjour à la campagne à proximité de Florence et de Sienne

Magnifique domaine, très bien aménagé et soigné : bâtiments, jardins et pelouse, piscine et terrasses, au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Accueil très chaleureux. Nous avions un chambre double (sans cuisine) très confortable avec une jolie salle de bain simple. Le tout bien aménagé et très propre. Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'endroit et de la chambre. Grandes facilités de parcage dans la propriété.

Suggestion : à tout le moins pour les chambres sans cuisine, mais peut-être aussi pour tous les hôtes, fournir une possibilité de se préparer un thé ou un café chaud sur place.

La struttura, tipica della zona, pulita e ben tenuta, la piscina, la terrazza. Camera abbastanza spaziosa e confortevole Zona tranquilla dove poter staccare dalla realtà quotidiana e al tempo stesso comoda per raggiungere i luoghi nei dintorni.
