Tiara Homestay Pemuteran Bali

We stayed here for the second time, and this time for two wonderful weeks. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with attention to every detail. The breakfasts were delicious, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy every day. What makes this place truly special is its location. There is always something to do: mountains, the sea, excellent snorkeling, a nearby national park, and a charming village where local people are incredibly friendly. We loved seeing the many ceremonies and celebrations that are part of everyday life here. It is the perfect place to experience the real Bali, far from crowded tourist areas. The highlight of our stay was our wonderful host. She is kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We were even invited to attend a family ceremony, which gave us a rare opportunity to experience Balinese culture from the inside. It was one of the most memorable moments of our trip. If you are looking for an authentic Balinese experience, genuine hospitality, and a beautiful place to stay, this is the perfect choice. We felt at home here and will definitely return again.

I arrived early. It wasn't a worry. I was brought to my room that was ready for me. I liked the mosquito net around the big bed. The shower and toilet room were very rustic. The host offered me various ideas of activities around the area. The breakfast was good. The Balinese coffee is delicious.

It rained a lot. The toilet and shower are in an enclosed area but the roof is only half covering the room. The rain made my trip to the toilet rather wet. It would be helpful to have a gutter over the open area to make the use of that room less wet. The fan could use a longer rope to be able to adjust the speed of the fan. A plus would be an electric jug to heat water, for tea or coffee, and a glass and drinking water. The property is on the hill, and quiet. The driveway, however is steep. One has a nice walk to the village for meals, to get to the beach or visiting the lovely shops in the village.

I would go back to Tiara's without an hesitation! I spent 4 nights in Pemuteran, in Tiara's Homestay, and my only regret is that I didn't stay longer! Location The first time you go down the gravel path from the main road to the homestay, I was afraid it would be a bit far from everything, but it is at the perfect distance that you can walk to the beach / the restaurants / bars etc, but far enough that you don't hear a noise from any other establishment around. My main goal was to be in a quiet and relaxing space, and it hit the spot! 15-20min walk to the beach 10-15min walk to the main road Facilities I was staying in a double room on my own, with a private bathroom. I fell in love with the uncovered bathroom space, giving me the holiday vibes I was looking for. If like me you don't like insects, you might also want to take your shower before full night time, so you can see better ;) Didn't get much hot water, but with the constant heat I didn't mind. The bed was super comfy to me, with mosquito nets. A wardrobe gives the option to not live off your suitcase, with enough space for 2. Same for the inside sink/mirror space, it's handy and spacious enough for 2. There's also a cute terrasse space in fornt of each room, if you wanna enjoy a refreshment outside but still in the privacy of your room. The garden is peaceful, perfect to start the day slowly with the dogs and chicks walking around. The surroundings are super quiet, but the walls are quite thin, so if you are a light sleeper, better bring some earplugs, because you could hear your neighbors if they are a bit loud. Service Tiara and her family are the kindest, and offer a super professional service! Tiara took me through the check-in process, showing me the room but also the restaurant area, the garden, and giving me plenty of recommendation about everything to see/do around.

Everything was lovely!! We absolutely loved the outdoor shower. The room was very comfortable and clean. Had a great stay. The laundry service was just perfect. We had lots and lots of laundry as we were travelling for already 2 weeks and did not have time for it yet. The lovely owner did all our laundry in one day for a lovely price. Everything came back so clean!
