Lovely people, place a bit run down but great value for money

The staff are such lovely, genuine and helpful people. They make time for you and help with ideas and contacts to make the stay enjoyable. Aircon was awesome but did drip, free coffee, Close to everything

Bathroom like many places in Bali a bit old and grotty. Few leaks, quite noisy as by main road.

You get what you pay for

Best price/Quality we could find. We were a bit weary in the beginning because our room didn't have AC but we had an amazing view over the rice fields and in the back of the hotel we had the least problem with noise. The fan wasn't central on the bed so the first night my partner couldn't sleep because of the heat. The second night we simply moved the bed under the fan and we both slept fine 😊

Due to the price it's not the cleanest place and the reception area is a concrete block in front of the road so the noise is horrible. There was also a smell in the bathroom that was pretty bad.

- nice staff - not too far from the beach, but you have to cross a very full road, takes minutes to cross safely

- dirty AC - hard mattress - dirty shower - smelly toilett - no good view - very simple breakfast

Property is great. From the onset, early check in, great welcome. I knew this was going to be good from minute I arrived. NOTHING was too much trouble. Family run business, they were like family. Arranged scooter, sorted my phone, lady of the house cooked me some delicious food. I will go back!!

Excellent value for a night or two in Lovina.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating by changing our room for us. Excellent value. Bed was comfortable. Spacious with good furniture. Very close to the beach and restaurants.

Next door is a club that plays music until 3am! Our first night was on the second floor and the toilet had ventilation holes in it meaning that the music came through and was absolutely deafening! Staff changed us to ground floor where toilet was filled and no gaps in the concrete. Slept very well the second night. Poor security on door in ground floor, you could push the door open and the door would unlock. There was however a big sturdy cupboard with lock in room.

The location is perfect. 3 minutes walk from the start of the dolphin tours, from the restaurant and bars. Free tea and coffee for the breakfast. The staff is really nice and helpful.

Lożor nodfa u xugaman nadif ukoll. Kollox jaħdem kif suppost, misħun fil-kamra tal-banju kien hemm u arja kundizzjonata fil-kamra ukoll. Joffru ukoll servizz ta' ħasil ta' ħwejjeġ u problema ta' parkeġġ hija minima. Bħala lokazzjoni, din il-lukanda tinsab fi triq li taqdi lil kull persuna sewwa. Jekk trid tuża servizz ta' ATM jew inkella tixtri xi ħaġa mingħand ħanut tal-merċa (Indomaret jew Alfamart) tista faċilment tagħmel dan. Hija ftit minuti biss il-bod mil-bajja sabiħa ta' Lovina.

Good value for money

Absolutely value for money!! Good location very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Clean towels, pillows and bedsheets. Good wifi Cool view from the rooftop on the rice fields and mountain area.

No hot water. Unfortunately the more expensive room had no direct view on the rice fields. Airco is available but it takes a while to cool the room because you can't close the door to the bathroom properly. The weird part in the room is the open wall decoration/ventilation and glass blocks to the room next door. Luckily we had no neighbours but if you would have them you can see the light from their room and hear everything they say. But as said we would stay here again for price/value reasons.

Super clean and beautiful rooms! Incredible views from the rooftop terrace! The staff were amazing and treated us like family, we felt at home. Perfect location! Steps away from the bars, beach, restaurants, shops, and the grocery stores. Will definitely be back!
