Very pleasant stay. We would definitely stay again.

We upgraded to the new deluxe family suite. It was beautiful and clean. Two huge bathrooms. Lovely decor and very comfortable beds.

A few things missing that isn’t a big problem but would make things easier. No daily water for teeth brushing, no hand soap, no bin (only small toiletries bin), no restaurant or bar on site. So must bring in own drinks/food etc. Would be nice to be able to to enjoy a cocktail by the beautiful pool and a pool snack.

We stayed 5 nights and it was ok. Good value for money really.

A basic breakfast was included which was ok to start the day. The pool was beautiful when it had been cleaned but by afternoon it was full of leaves etc and almost non usable, unenjoyable. The rooms are older but okay. You cannot expect too much when you are paying a small price. The restaurant does breakfast only but there are plenty of places nearby to eat. The beach is a minute walk to the right.

The shower was intermittent hot and cold.

Great location to the beach/see dolphins

Perfect location next to the beach (2min walk) to go see the dolphins. The hotel also offers excursions to go see/swim with the dolphins and snorkeling Great swimming pool, and typical housing.

We had bungalow 10 A. The house needs some renovation. Paint some walls and add fresh towels and a fresh bathmath. It will make a big difference.

Lovely pool and gardens. Staff were wonderful. Facilities a bit tired and need a facelift but kept clean. Old style Bali hotel so spacious rooms. Just be aware. No A/C. Breakfast was nice.

Quiet place to rest up for a few days, although I wouldn't recommend the dolphin watching.

Great location in a large, beautiful garden. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Kadek who looks after the garden. He gave me some lemon grass and lime to make a drink when I had a slight fever. Breakfast was good too.

Excellent hotel

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was excellent, lovely, and clean and refreshing. The accommodation was excellent with air-conditioning and hot shower plenty of room and beds very comfortable with great sitting outside. The breakfast was good with a few things to choose from. Would definitely stay here again

Basic accommodation rooms, great gardens!

The location of the hotel was good. The grounds were lovely. They were the only aspects to staying at the hotel that I would rate as good.

The Lady staff member at the reception isn’t very friendly or welcoming. There is missing and broken tiles in the pool on the steps and the railing steps is quite badly rusted. Breakfast was quite dismal with the only options being a small nasi goreng, 2 pieces of toast with jam or a banana pancake. We ordered all 3 being there was 3 of us there. The Nasi Goreng was spicy so I couldn’t eat it all and was a small serving. The toast and jam was fine. The pancake wasn’t nice. We also had coffee which wasn’t nice either. Would have been good to have had a cappuccino or latte but they don’t have a coffee machine. The bathroom in our room didn’t have anything appealing about it.

The gardens were lovely. Location good. Rooms clean. The waitresses in the dining area were lovely, unlike the breakfast.

The daytime desk staff somewhat scatty, the night time desk staff pretty poor. I can't believe that a hotel charging this much doesn't provide drinking water in the rooms. When I asked for some the night time reception guy told me to go and find somewhere to buy some. Not exactly hospitality. There was no hot water in both mine and my friends rooms and the staff were incapable of fixing the problem. Overall, it gives the feeling of a once well run place taking a nosedive. Oh and the breakfast was pretty crap - cold nasi goreng or badly made banana pancake.

Best budget-friendly place in Lovina

Great location right by the beach. Really nice holiday atmosphere, big old resort but really quiet. Loved their pool. The two receptionists (older lady and older man) are so sweet and friendly ! I’ll come back !

Your restaurant staffs, the two young girls, were pretty rude during the service… they need to get some hospitality skills. Bathrooms need to be refreshed or with better maintenance, they start looking a bit dirty… and Please get new linens ! Yours are clean but so old school 😂

I would gladly come back to this hotel, the price was great for what they offer.

1. The grounds of this hotel were expansive & exceptional. You could see that the groundskeeping was a labour of love for Kadek, the gardener. There were so many thoughtful details and he was always happy to explain his process. 2. Great value 3. Good breakfast of 3 options included, with ability to add on, if desired, at very, very good $$ 4. Pool area peaceful & lovely, always loungers w table/umbrella stands available 5. Location steps from beach, many dining options steps from entrance, a covenience store 5 minute walk from hotel 6. Standard Double w Terrace room was very large, w small dinette 2 large floor to ceiling windows, high ceiling, big terrace.

1. No television in rooms. 2 No complimentary "starter" bottles of water provided first day. Had to go purchase all drinking water. 3. No toiletries, except toilet paper and bar of soap. 4. No pool towels, however room towels replaced each day.

Beautiful great value room

Huge, beautiful room- one of the nicest we’ve had in Indonesia. We liked fact it was designed for fan instead of AC and had natural air flow. Massive balcony- very private in the upstairs room. Amazing for the price we paid.

The pool was really hot! It felt like a bath. The gardener told us it was like that because they use a lot of chlorine?? Breakfast wasn’t great but I wouldn’t expect more for the price. For the price we paid we have no complaints.

The rooms were spacious and so was bathroom. Each room had an outside seating area which is nice. The pool was nice and a simple breakfast to start the day. Location was great, 5 mins walk to beach and other restaurants. Organised lovina tour for us
