Comfortable room with good hosts in an excellent location.

The location of this homestay is excellent, there are many warungs around the accommodation, and you can watch the sunset at the end of the street (300m). The pool is divine, the room was clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. They arranged scooter hire and snorkelling boat for me. I enjoyed my 3 night stay here. Definitely needed the aircon as there is little ventilation and the fan doesn’t do much.

Honestly, the room is oddly arranged and the bathroom needs an upgrade. It’s not the Hilton, but it was very comfortable and less than AUD $30 per night, in a perfect location, with breakfast. Who can complain? I do think the rooms could be aired out a bit more regularly though.

Great pool and location

The pool was one of the best we have had in Bali. 6 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to dolphin tours is perfect.

The ants in the bathroom were an issue. The bathroom in particular was very dated.

Great base to chill and recharge batteries

We, family of 4 with kids 7 and 10 years old, loved this hotel. It feels more like a guesthouse as run by local family. Very friendly and helpful family. It is a quiet hotel, just 2 minute walk to the beach and to restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a balcony area facing the pool. The pool is clean and big. Garden is green and lush and they take care of it daily. They prepare breakfast at reasonable price. And have taxi service also at reasonable price with good driving. We loved our stay and would definitely be back!

Only thing I would say is to change table cloth more often.

Pretty place with pool but needs updating

It is family run, the location is excellent - very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The pool is very nice, set in pretty, well-tended gardens, although there are no umbrellas for shade. The breakfast was good value, the fridge in the room was useful and the bed was comfy.

Overall I think the rooms are getting a bit rundown and need modernising. Internet was patchy - I kept getting notices on my laptop to say not enough bandwidth. Only one charging socket in the room and it's by the door at the end of the bed. The light switch for the main light is across the room by the bathroom, which is slightly inconvenient. But there is a smaller light by the bed. To anyone debating between AC and fan, I would suggest AC. I slept well at night once temperatures had dropped a bit, but during the day the room is quite hot and it's hard to cool down at all. The bathroom really needs a deep clean and I had to watch out for giant ants in the toilet bowl during the night.

The size of the bungalow, the room and bathroom were very spacious. There was a fridge. Nice breakfast. GREAT swiming pool. Almost always empty. Accessible all day and night. It was great swimming in the moonlight. And the setting was great - such a beatiful garden.

The room with the fan is a bit too hot. The bathtub was a bit old.

The worst accommodation in my life

アメニティは固形石鹸のみ。蚊がいるが蚊帳がないので眠れない。犬と鶏が夜中に鳴き続けます。コップもグラスもない。ハウスキーピングがないため、シーツとタオルは交換されない。そして何よりも強調したいことは、部屋にはブランケットがなくシーツしかないのでシーツとバスタオルを体に掛けて寝ました。そのため当然のように風邪をひきました。これを書いている時も鼻水が止まりません。もしシーツだけで眠りたい方は今すぐにこのホテルを予約するべきです。私はこの環境に耐えられず、4泊の予定でしたが2泊でチェックアウトして別のホテルに移りました。繰り返しになりますが、シーツしかない宿泊施設は人生で初めての経験で、リゾートホテルではなく収容所のように感じました。

Tolle Lage, tolle Anlage mit Pool

Die Anlage ist toll. Sauber und liebevoll gestaltet. Vor den Zimmern befindet sich direkt der Pool. Parkplätze sind auf dem Grundstück, welches abends geschlossen wird aber man kann trotzdem noch rein und raus. Die Lage ist optimal. Genau zwischen Hauptstraße und Strand, super. Man hört keinen Lärm und hat in beide Richtungen max. 3 min zu Fuß. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und gut mit frischen Früchten. Die Inhaber sind freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Auf der Straße davor viele kleine Läden, Restaurants, Bars und Massagesalons.

Leider wurde nicht täglich gereinigt. Wir hatten den Mülleimer 2 Tage vor der Tür stehen, bis dieser geleert wurde. Die Tischdecke beim Frühstück waren am ersten Morgen schon verschmutzt bis zum letzten Tag. Schade, da man sich bei der Gestaltung so viel Mühe gibt. Wlan gibt es auch im Zimmer, leider sehr oft viel zu schwach. Im Zimmer leider nur eine Doppelsteckdose, die eine Seite war schon mit dem Kühlschrank belegt und dazu noch weit weg.
