Beautiful quiet garden setting with two good sized pools. Short walk to beach for sunset cocktails and a choice of local Warungs that offered great value food including fresh fish often with acoustic music. We had lovely attentive staff look after us while we had breakfast each morning by the pool/garden setting.
We had a big room with a large balcony and pretty garden/pool view but only a queen size bed - used to a king.

Rambutan was a great hotel, not too big and still has a very Bali hungalow feel. The location was perfect. We were privileged to meet the owner Richard over breakfast one morning, and got to learn a bit of history of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.
We started in the budget room but decided to upgrade to the deluxe. For the price difference, I’d highly recommend choosing the deluxe.

Staff were excellent. It had been expanded with more bungalows. We liked the large room and the very spacious balcony.
We stayed at this hotel in 2009 and found it to be in a bit of a time warp as there was not a lot of change other than the extensions. The beds in our room had dust from the ceiling and there were several cobwebs about both the room and in the shower recess.so it was obvious our room had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The food in the restaurant was very average for the price.
