Spacious and quiet

Big quiet resort. Lots of decent warungs close by. Good pool area. Room was quite spacious and decent pillows.

The curtains were thin, so light was coming into my room affecting my sleep. While the bedding, benches and floors were clean, the other surfaces need a good clean. The shower in my room wasn’t enclosed, so the whole bathroom floor would pool with water when showering. The location is about a 30 min walk from the main beach area, or 5 mins on a scooter should cost about 30,000 rupiah.

Cosy and clean rooms in lovely resort, close to the sea. The staff is welcoming, helpful and warm. Pool area is nice.

Worth a look. It is a lovely resort in true balinese fashion.

Freindly staff. Great value. Room was very comfortable. We only got bath towels. Face washer would have been nice but no big deal.

Being a resort, I felt there should have been a bar somewhere near the pool area where you could buy a cold drink.

Disappointing

Staff were friendly and kind

It was not clean, we had spider webs in in the corners of our room and ants everywhere in the bathroom. I can understand if facilities are not well equipped, however cleanliness was very poor.

What a relaxing resort to stay Lovely staff, great breakfast and huge menu for other meals, quiet, clean and accomodation was surrounded by beautiful gardens and pool. Only a minutes walk to beach

A pleasant experience.

We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful resort. Clean rooms and sanitary facilities, friendly staff and an extensive menu with excellent price-quality ratio. The rooms are surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. The whole exudes tranquility. We will definitely come back here again.

Walking distance to the beach. The garden and pool were clean.

The room rate was over charged regarding to their facility. Breakfast was just eatable and the portion was smaller

Une halte agréable à Lovina

La piscine est superbe, et les logements sont bien équipés. Lieu très agréable.

La localisation est un peu vers la sortie de la ville. Pour rejoindre la plage principale, il faut compter au moins 20 mn de marche le long de la mer, pas des plus pratique.

Beau mais pire séjour de Bali pour moi

Très beau

Personnel pas du tout préparé. Je suis arrivé, ils m’ont juste donné les clés, sans rien expliquer, j’ai dû demander le mot de passe du wifi, pour voir les dophins, ZÉRO information, j’avais l’impression qu’ils savaient même pas de quoi je parlais. Niveau d’anglais super médiocre. J’ai demandé pour les massages, je voulais faire le checkout et après les massages avant partir, elle m’a dit que cela n’était pas possible, sinon il serait plus cher, et voulait me forcer à faire l’heure qu’elle voulait. Le bar de la piscine, personne proposait rien, toujours vide. Le petit-déjeuner il y avait une carte pour choisir ce qu’on voulait, j’ai reçu un micro-sanduíche, micro jus de fruit. À la fin, direct au toilette. La réception, inexistante, s’il y avait quelqu’un, toujours à l’intérieur en train de papoter. J’ai fait le checkout, même pas un merci, elle a pris la clé, et a commencé à parler à son collègue et après elle est rentrée dans le bureau. C’est dommage un endroit si beau avec un service si nul.

Charmant hôtel /rapport qualité prix un peu élevé nous avions une suite.

Charmant établissement des jardins magnifiques et une piscine très agréable. Le petit déjeuner était correct et la quasi totalité du personnel agréable et souriante. Je recommande cet établissement.

Nous avons été refusé au restaurant de l'hôtel à 19H car nous n'avions pas réservé.

Genieten aan het zwembad.

We hebben genoten van het zwembad, aan de ingang van het resort is er ook een standje dat al je uitstapjes regelt, voor schappelijke prijzen. Veel eettentjes in de buurt. Zeker de chinees aan te raden aan het strand met verse zeevruchten.

Alles zag er wat ouwbollig uit, douche kop mocht gereinigd worden.

Mooi verblijf, wel iets afgelegen van het centrum, dicht bij de boten om dolfijnen te spotten.

Mooie locatie, mooi zwembad, goed restaurant

Tot 2x toe moeten vragen om toiletpapier, lijkt mij dat dit bij het schoonmaken van de kamer hoort, na 1x vragen houd je dat toch in de gaten.
