The staff was so nice + the drinks were good. Towels accessible whenever you want. Close to the beach (like really close)

Everything seems a bit old. Mold on the bathroom’s walls. The room could be a bit more cleaned. The beds were not so comfortable. The pool was a bit cloudy.

SUMA pleasure

Little piece of paradise. Friendly smiling faces everywhere. From reception, to the restaurant, the bar and the spa treatments. Nothing was too much. Pool was lovely and just a quick 2 min walk to thr beach with heaps of other restaurants and a quicki mart supermarket just out the gates.

We booked 3 rooms. One for our freinds and one for the driver. Thinking I was booking 3 of the same rooms, we found that only one room had a queen bed. The others were twin share. Make sure you check with the management as a request that you have the correct bed configuration. We were only there one night, so we didn't hassle them to change it. Still a great night sleep.

Little gem that fades away.

The staff were very courteous.

The room is very small and crowded with the furniture. The bathroom is small. The drainage doesn't work properly. Create pond of water whenever we took a shower and the sink as well. The bed was noisy whenever we moved. The mattress was old and soft. Need to get new sets of sheets. I guess the hotel was beautiful when it was new, with pool and all the plants around it. But lack of maintenance.

Fantastic staff, right on the beach, lovely big room (we had upstairs sea view room), nice to sit outside on the deck in the evening.

Booked twin share Seaview room with 2 beds which we had email confirmation for from property, arrived to just one bed and was told there aren’t any Seaview rooms with two beds. Staff offered to add an extra single bed so we had one queen and one single bed and we were happy with that 🙂

Charming and great value, kind and helpful staff.

The hotel is set in the most beautiful garden and the building is charming with a patio that you can chill on while enjoying the beauty of the surroundings. It really is a little oasis of calm. If you appreciate plants and nature you will love it there. The staff are just gorgeous and helpful in every way and their dog Piko was the cherry on the cake for me, so sweet! Enjoyed every minute I was there. The aircon worked really well and the rooms are very private and super clean.

This is the most beautiful hotel, the courtyard area is idillic, and the restaurant being open and surrounded by so much green is a joy. The pool is serene and relaxing. It’s a lovely place to be. Location is quite remote. It is next to a beach, but not the sort of beach that is for sunbathing. It’s a working beach, lots of boats, and a market next to it. There are plenty of places to eat locally. Personally, the hotel is best though. It may be bit more, but worth it. They make a great Margarita too!! The rooms are really nice. The balcony and terraces all appear to be quite public. The spa is delightful. Speaking to a physiotherapist who was staying, he said that it was done to perfection, with expertise and understanding. I would definitely return if visiting the area again.

Great value in lovely garden, steps to boat.for dolphins

Reasonable price, simple clean room, a bit small but comfy bed. Pillows a bit lumpy. Nice to sit on shared veranda. Kettle in room with coffee/tea. Beautiful garden, lovely pool well maintained. Stayed in superior room but there are other more deluxe rooms. Staff very friendly with nice breakfast choice. Just outside of the hotel are a few nice local family warungs for lunch and dinner. Warung Dolphin is owned by Captain Gede Masda who has been operating dolphin watching trips for years. This was the main reason for me to come to Lovina again to see how the dolphin trips are these days. Captain Gede can arrange join in or private trip to suit your interest. He is very sensitive around these magical dolphins, so highly recommend him.

Hotel just a few steps from the beach. I usually come to the coast to enjoy a sea view, but Lovina beach is now mostly eroded and dirty, so don't go expecting a holiday beach lounge and swim from beach. Early morning lots of boats heading out for dolphin watching so it can get noisy along the beach early morning anyway.

The room was dated and the plumbing old and in need for replacement. Quality of Breakfast was not that great either, (tea served weak and lukewarm, toast barely toasted etc.)

The wall between the bedroom and the toilet doesn't reach the ceiling so you can literally hear everything, you may as well be sitting of your partner making eye contact. I wouldn't stay here again. Food at the restraunt was okay at best but priced quite high for Bali.

There was a pool, the pancakes were amazing, and it was so close to the beach where the dolphin tours all left from. Location was great, but the laundry service wasn't very good- so take your washing somewhere else. Otherwise, the vibe was nice and cosy, lots of people in their mid 20's but it didn't feel like a party place. It felt fresh and gentle and had good vibes

Rooms were a little dark, but at the end of the day, you spend the whole time outside so thats the main thing!

Best hotel in 2 months travel!

When we arrived it was like entering paradise. The staff was really helpful and polite, not to forget very professional. The breakfast which was included was quite tasty and better than average. The menu for lunch and dinner was on the other hand outstanding. Asian cuisine and the Western cuisine provided so there is choice for everyone. The rooms were really nice aswell with comfortable beds. This hotel surpassed our expectations. We extend our stay with three nights because we enjoyed it so much. I would totally recommend people staying here, for relaxing or a good spot to do trips from as it is in the centre of Lovina.

Very friendly staff and owners. The lovely gardens compliment the traditional Hindu architecture. Adequate breakfast with a reasonable choice based around a local menu.

The bathroom in our room was a little dated, but acceptable for the price payed. The location is a good 20 minute walk (along a busy road with poor footpaths) from Lovina centre. I certainly would not attempt it in the dark.

Great hospitality

This is a beautiful little hotel, locally owned and run, very kind people. They allowed for early bag drop and late pick-up upon checking out. We had a lovely experience staying in one of the rooms facing the beautiful swimming pool. So much care has been given to making the garden beautiful. I would recommend if you would want to stay in the area for good hospitality at an affordable price.
