This is a beautiful Balinese oasis. It has so much character and very well maintained gardens and flowers. The staff are extremely polite and friendly, and they want to ensure you have a lovely stay. The on-site spa is very reasonably priced. The location is great for trips to see the dolphins. If you want to go to Lovina beach for sunset, it’s a short Grab (Bali’s Uber) ride away. 50p for a bike or £1.70 for a car each way. If you’re on a budget, this hotel is perfect. We loved our stay here and we’ll be back to stay again.

It was right next to the beach where you can be picked up to see the dolphin watching in the morning. You can book it through the hotel with very reasonable price. Also massage was reasonably priced.
There was not much around the hotel, one convenient store.1-2 small restaurants only.

Staff are super helpful and friendly. They respond to your request quickly. Our next day trip started early and they prepared our pre-ordered breakfast very on time in the morning. They've also helped me book the driver for my next trip with reasonable price. The driver was extremely patient, too even after a long day waiting for us to be in various sightseeing spots.
The pool was nice and the overall design of the courtyard was very picturesque, and pretty with lots of greens.

Location of the place is nice
It’s acceptable to stay 1 day, but not for long term
The area looks cute, also they let us eat breakfast earlier. They gave welcome drinks - but they didn’t give water overall - weird - better to give bottles of water.
The room is not the best at cleaning. They don’t have hot water. Also it was clogged toilet and clogged sink.
We had to wait long time to do check in - at least they could inform how long to wait, instead of just sitting without knowing. The lady at check in - seems super unprofessional - I had to repeat many times basic numbers like 1 9 to confirm the birth details - it’s not that she doesn’t know English, it’s something else.
No water refills, room was dark.
