The stay itself was overall good .

Quiet location with the exception of fireworks outside by the Melamun Hotel and right by our parked vehicle.

The staff seemed untrained especially with the kitchen at breakfast..we had 3 wrong orders and no hot water for coffee without asking for some. The menu didn’t actually match what there was available. Just needs some good training. Even though it said “No pets” there were 5 dogs on the premises.

A reading lamp would have been nice and the breakfast was way too basic :( I didn’t sleep too well because of the scooters passing the early morning (woke up around 5-6am every morning), soundproofing is not that great.

The hotel is beautiful, our bathroom was clean and everything worked really well. We loved waking up in the morning and seeing the view of the mountains, the food for breakfast, lunch and dinner were super delicious. A big thank you to all the staff working during our stay, they were polite, friendly and helpful.

Price/quality is great!

So this place is quite new. The rooms are bare but comfortable. Shower is nice, bed is super comfortable. The pool is great, big. Nothing particularly was bad but it just could use some improvements. Like a bedside table, kettle, hangers for in the closet. Near the pool were 3 poolbeds but no shade so I suggest more poolbeds and an umbrella for shade. The place has a lot of potential and for the current price (we paid 200k a night) it's superb!

The breakfast that was included was just weird with really sweet 'fruit' juices. We tried all the options. The fried rice was undercooked one day, other fine but bland, fried noodles tasted a bit like catfood (I think someone went overboard with the fishsauce) and the toast with eggs was okay but they chopped of the crust of the toast so there was not much toast left. But hey, 200k.

It's true that we spent only one night there and thanks to a late booking the price was just amazing (200k), but if I planned to stay in Lovina, I would still pay the whole price. Peace and quiet. The hotel looks new and the staff is nice, helpful and professional. Everything is ultra clean. The pool area is very elegant. The breakfast is limited, but it was one of the nicest and tastiest in Indonesia. Also, I recommend food at Warung Music.

Unfortunately, the beaches around Lovina are a joke. Dirty and gray.

Estancia cómoda para una noche.

La habitación era muy espaciosa y estaba limpia. Al lado del hotel hay un restaurante en el que se come muy bien a precio local. Buena ubicación, hotel tranquilo a pocos minutos de la playa.

Hay detalles que tienen que mejorar, por ejemplo el lavabo es muy pequeño sin espacio ni repisa para poner nada. Además el grifo estaba suelto y había que abrirlo con cuidado. El desayuno muy flojo, han tardado mucho para servirnos un zumo aguado y unos pancakes con miel de sobre. No merece la pena desayunar aquí.

Близость до пляжа, красивые цветы на территории отеля. Есть горячая вода. Кондиционер не подвёл. Персонал дружелюбный и отзывчивый. В шаговой доступности ресторанчики.

Грязные стены, грязное постельное белье с заплатками и неприятным запахом. Телевизор не работает. Телефона нет. Тумбочек прикроватных нет. Завтрак скудный: только жареные яйца и всё. Кофе - это заливаешь сам горячей водой из бойлера, невкусно. Апельсиновый сок - не то, чем кажется.

Lekker ontspannen, vriendelijk personeel en goede hygiëne.

Loopafstand van het strand en met de scooter alles binnen 10 minuten te bereiken. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam. Bij de receptie kan je een scooter huren en brengen ze je naar de rental shop. Eten was erg lekker en goedkoop: vooral de Nasi Goreng!

Ontbijt was een beetje karig: toast met ei en koffie/thee. Wat fruit erbij was lekker geweest.
