Big, clean rooms, with kitchenette and everything you could need. Lovely people and excellent breakfast - pancakes are so good!

There are some noisy dogs in the neighbourhood (not on the property) which bark late into night

Great pool, quiet, lovely private rooms with attention to detail. Bathroom was very clean and shower was hot with good drainage. Room was well sealed too so no insects creeping in. Comfy room, good a/c and wifi. But the best was the staff. Kaia was so lovely and so helpful and we had some great chats by the pool!

The location was confusing for the grab drivers—but through no fault of the guesthouse!

Kaia was very nice, I’m really happy to have met her. She is one of the most kind person I’ve met. The room was really comfortable and everything was great. Good breakfast too!

Nothing, everything was perfect

Everything was perfect. I arrived late at night and was received with open arms. They had prepared my room with everything I needed and were always really helpful, giving me tips and helping when necessary. The room was big, and the internet worked great for my job. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying there. It is in a quiet area, but close to the beach and all the life in Lovina. The bed was super comfy, the shower had nice pressure (which is hard around Bali), the pool was perfect for relaxing and overall a great accomodation. I felt home.

We had the best 2 night stay at Kaia Lovina! We arrived and straight away the owners were so welcoming. They helped us sort out laundry, book a dolphin trip & help us find transport all the way to the Gili Islands to the south of Bali (all at good prices too)! Very accommodating with breakfast to fit around our schedule, it was also delicious. A lovely pool area to sit around if you like and a nice garden area to spend time in. Its bot too far from the centre of Lovina, we walked in & out but hiring a bike may be necessary for some people. If I come back to Lovina I will be staying here again!

The rooms were large and spacious! The pool was refreshing. the hosts were super helpful and breakfast selection nice.

It wasn’t walking distance to the beach or things so a scooter or driver is a must!

Best accomodation we‘ve been in Indonesia! We‘ve stayed at almost 10 homestays/hotels during our one month trip through Indonesia and this is by far the best. The homestay feels like home, primarly because of the kindest hosts ever. The host looked after us like a mother and offered us free water, juices and at the end she gave us a dolphine keychain to remember our trip here in Lovina. The breakfast was delicious and was served at the terrace or by the pool and you could chose from a variety of options. They took care of our laundry, although a laundry service is not described in Booking. The rooms were clean and the water was hot (which is not always the case in Indonesia). We could easily extend our stay and also could stay at the pool after check-out, because our transport was later then the check-out. All in all we could not say anything negativ and it was the best choice to stay at Kaia Lovina Guest House. A big thanks to the amazing hosts, who made this stay so pleasant.

I like to travel so much. But here is the best hotel I’ve ever experienced. The owner couple has very warm heart. They helped me a lot.They thought me local price restaurant too. They treat me as a family. I was impressed!!! I’m happy to come here. And room was also good. Very clean. pool is so nice.I could relax. Near this Guest house, there is local restaurant, supermarket, fruits shop too.And also, here is near the sea,you can find so many dolphins watching shop. It’s cheap. I strongly recommend you to stay this Guest house.

Amazing place with beautiful garden and swimming pool for people who like privacy and nice but not intrusive service. Room: was spacious, clean and cozy. Big bathroom with nice hot shower. There was nice clean towels, soap and even toothpaste with toothbrushes. Feels like 5 star hotel :) There was kettle in the room, along with tea, coffee, sugar, water, 2 tea cups and 2 glasses. Bed and pillows was clean and comfortable and we slept very well. There was not so much noise, just some birds singing here and there. Outside we found small private kitchen with fridge, cooker and sink. Table and two chairs. Nice view to the garden and place build the way you don’t really see your neighbors. Facility: nice and clean swimming pool, and there is hidden garden where you can do yoga. You can borrow a yoga mat on the reception. Wi-fi: was great speed around 50/60 Mbps , never stopped working during our 8 days staying and we worked online. Breakfast: there are many options (7 or 8). And all of them we tried and it was very tasty. It comes with fruit plate and coffee/tea. We asked to serve it in our terrace and really enjoyed our private mornings. Consider that it might not be exactly on time with slight delay, so if you plan a tour or need to be somewhere in time, ask for breakfast 30 min in advance. Service: Hosts was very nice and helpful, they allowed to refill water, helped us with our laundry and even dropped us few times to immigration when we couldn’t find taxi. Rooms was cleaned every 3-4 days and our towels and bed sheets changes as well. It could be more often but we didn’t want it. We felt that we would be assisted with any small request and it felt like we visited our friends. Location: its not on a main road, but it make it a quiet place. 10 min to the beach and about 15 minutes to the main street by walking. You can grab a taxi or scooter if you don’t like to walk, then it will be around 4-5 min and will cost you 20.000 IDR.

Staff were soooo friendly, even gave us a little key ring when we were leaving! Such a nice gesture. Such a nice guest house, the pool is great, they have a garden area too which looked nice. Room had an outdoor patio which was nice to chill, they can deliver breakfast there for you too. Breakfast was tasty, had good options and you can choose what time you want it. They can also organise dolphin tours, and drivers for you too. Wish we were staying longer than 1 night!!! Had fridge and kettle Location is good, 10 min walk to the beach and about a 15/20 minute walk down the road to some of the restaurants.

Only thing i can say is the room got quite warm even with the air on on Due to a small slit in the wall, there were a few large ants in the bathroom.

Very clean, beautiful pool, comfy bed, super hospitable hosts willing to go the extra mile organising rides, laundry and complementary breakfast.

Not negatives, just note that the water pump is pulsing outside one of the room’s bathroom when taps are on, a scooter is necessary to get around easily, and as with everywhere in Bali, there’s sometimes dogs barking!

The woman was nice

I heard the owners arguing, I felt uncomfortable so I was about to get up and leave. Then the male owner came stomping (literally) over and raised his voice at me. He belittled me and treated me like rubbish. He was aggressive and it was scary. I was in such shock when it happened. He was stood over me (while I lay in a bikini) berating me. His wife came rushing over, she stood on the other side of me begging him to stop. She looked scared. It was horrible. He stomped off. She apologised profusely for his behaviour, repeatedly adding ‘he’s just like this sometimes’. I wish I’d left straight away but I wasn’t sure what was the best thing to do. I was in shock. I must add, I did NOTHING wrong. Regardless of that, there is NO excuse to ever treat anyone that way. Disgusting. Following this, I was so so so uncomfortable just being there. He never apologised to me. Just ignored me the rest of the days. It was like ‘walking on eggshells’. I left two nights early even though I’d already paid. It just wasn’t worth it. What a horrible horrible experience. Other negatives: There’s construction going on right next to the property The WiFi is terrible The shower is only hot for about 90 seconds The owners argue, it’s really awkward. Everything about this place is fantastic. The hosts are a lovely couple who will do absolutely anything to make you feel at home. The rooms are super spacious and modern with very nice and clean bathrooms. It has a lovely pool and really well kept gardens that they take much pride in. They also offer a free breakfast which is fantastic. If your staying in Lovina you must stay here!!!

The pool and garden areas are fantastic if you’re looking for a relaxing stay. The rooms are modern and very comfortable, you’re getting an exceptional guest house for the price. It helps that the hosts are very caring and available to help with your every needs and gives you suggestions of things to do in the area.

Absolutely nothing.

This guesthouse was the nicest place we stayed in on our trip to Indonesia, the room was clean and spacious and the pool was lovely, the manager was also so incredibly friendly and helpful and he made us feel so welcome, would definitely recommend!!

Everything. There is no one more welcoming, friendly, attentive, and caring on this island. The hosts are simply wonderful. The place is priceless. Go there with your eyes closed, you'll leave amazed.

We booked for four nights but extended to stay one whole week. We felt at home so fast. The room is big and has a nice and clean bathroom (with a separator for the shower). The bed was very comfortable and the AC is modern and quiet. The pool is also very nice and the garden is lovely. The house is located at the end of a quiet street. It‘s only a five minute ride to the beach and to some restaurants. The owners are exceptionally kind and thoughtful. We hope that we can come back one day.

Amazing place to stay in Lovina, very comfortable, clean, good breakfast and pool with sunbeds for relaxing. The owners are amazing persons, helped me with everything. One of the best stays in Indonesia. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful place! Near the beach, but a very quiet en peaceful area. The swimmingpool is wonderful, you can also have a rest in the garden. The rooms are very clean, functional and cozy. There is free coffee and tea and the breakfast is delicious. The owners will do everything for you, they are amazing! Thank you for everything, wish we could have stayed longer!

Solo pasamos una noche en Kaia Lovina pero el trato recibido por parte de los dueños fue increíble. Desde el minuto uno, nos sentimos acojidos con amabilidad. Nos dejaron la habitación para que podamos ducharnos a la vuelta de la excursión en barco para ver los delfines y nos sirvieron el desayuno a la hora que en otras guesthouse nos piden el check out!!! Además recibimos un pequeño obsequio al marchar! Recomendamos absolutamente!

第一天凌晨被邻居家狗吵醒，第二天早上五点被诵经声吵醒，酒店的泳池水不干净没法游泳，厕所的垃圾桶不方便扔垃圾，卷筒纸holder一直掉，没提供一次性牙刷以及毛巾。离海有点距离需要打车

Super nette Gastgeberin, ruhige Lage. Schöner Pool und auch das Zimmer war angenehm groß. Wir durften beim Check-Out noch unser Gepäck bei ihr lassen und haben zum Abschied einen kleinen Anhänger geschenkt bekommen.

Fijne kamer, lekker ontbijt, goede badkamer

Steile helling om van de hoofdweg tot bij de homestay te geraken. Ontvangst, klopt was er voor inchecktijd, na een reis van 18u en de steile klim met al mijn bagage, maar gewoon genegeerd worden.... Gastendoekje, geen badhanddoek.. werd rechtgezet na vraag naar badhandoek. Tube tandpasta was al geopend.

Kvinnan som driver det var jättetrevlig och hjälpsam och gav oss massor av tips. Rummet var fint och frukosten va jättebra!

Die Besitzerin war soo lieb und aufmerksam, dass hatten wir in keiner Unterkunft zuvor. Als ich krank war, hat sie mir auch sofort einen Tee angeboten und Tipps gegeben und als wir kein grab bekommen konnten wegen einer Zeremonie hat sie sich auch sofort für uns gekümmert und jemanden organisiert.

Das bett war etwas hart, aber ansonsten kann man nicht meckern
