The beds were comfy, the staff was friendly and a great location. Wifi worked fast and breakfast and water included. Also 24/7 reception.

We loved this place

Super comfy bed, big balcony with seating and clean bathroom with a good shower. The staff were so kind and accommodating. We did the dolphin tour and were back just after breakfast but they made us some anyway and brought it to the room.

Location is slightly back from the beach and not too near restaurants.

New, misplaced and undermaintained

Building looks nice and new. Staff guys were super nice and helpful. Breakfast is substantial. Bathroom amenities are of a good quality and hot water flow is sufficient. Kitchen balcony view is some trees at least.

This is actually HOTEL AND KARAOKE place. There is a karaoke room downstairs with all the consequences. Neighbourhood is very unattractive, totally not a tourist area. View from the window on some kind of construction site. Room is decorated in white and pastel colours and almost everything has stains on it, especially the toilet.

Unfinished Hotel, Run by kids, Smelly

-the room stank overwhelmingly of chemicals when we arrived. After we vented it out we realised the chemical smell was to cover up the disgusting smell of sewers coming from the bathroom. -the hotel is called Asiana Lovina Hotel, Spa and Karaoke. It says this in big writing on the sign out the front as well as online. Yet no spa in sight. We asked the kids running the hotel and were told that the hotel didn’t have a spa.. -we left a jacket in the wardrobe after we left quickly the morning after our first night (we were booked for three nights but quickly booked a new hotel on our first night). We had absolutely no contact from the hotel after we left to tell us that we had left a jacket behind (it was an expensive leather jacket that we had bought from Tokyo Disney the week before). No contact until WE called THEM on our last night in Bali when we realised it was missing. EIGHT DAYS after we left the hotel. This meant we had to frantically find a way to get the jacket from Lovina to jimbaran before our flight left in the evening.
