Good position, nice staff but a bit overall unorganised

Nice pool.

Unfortunately the rooms were different, than the pictures shown on the booking landing page. The quality looked much better in photos. When checking out, we organised with reception for some help for the bags and they forgot.

Beautiful resort with reasonable price in Lovina

The one-bedroom villa that my family stayed was wonderful with blended Balinese and modern design. The whole resort was big with lots of green spaces making it very relaxing. The restaurant was good with live band in the evening,

Beautiful grounds, clean villa room

The resort was really nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The staff could not provide adequate customer service for such a good resort. At check-in we did not get an explanation of the room and how to turn the lights off. The next day we wanted to know the laundry menu (they forgot the menu in the room) and if we could get transport. We were asked to wait in our room and someone would come in 10 minutes. We waited 1hr & 15mins with no-one coming as promised. We had to walk in the heat for our destination and to find someone to do laundry. The next day the new staff answered about the transport straight away - thank goodness! Upon check-out they checked our room and reported we had a small stain on a towel and they expected extra payment?? There was no stain! Just some dust or food from cleaning our face when swimming in the private pool. They did not give the pool towel so we had to use the bath towel! Please improve these things with customer service with proper training of staff that are so young or even a manager to overseas the staff professionalism.

Not much. Good location, lovely grounds and nice pool area

The staff were nice, however on checkout I was not asked how my stay was. I would have given them feedback directly, but wasn't given the opportunity. One of our rooms smelled disgusting. The prior occupant must have been smoking continuously inside the room and the aircon didn'twork. We were moved to a different room. Our second room seemed okay but when we went to bed late that night the pillows and cushions stunk of sweat and body odour. When looking more closely at the pillows we could see the yellow colour of the pillows through the pillow case that were stained from sweat and body odour. The restaurant food was below average at best. It seems like the same sweet and sour sauce is used in everything. The spring rolls had a sweet sauce that also tasted like the pizza base sauce, with a little bit of tomato added. The spaghetti bolognaise tasted the same but with meat added.

The swimming pool ! And the staff is very friendly . Thank You Pak Prapta for your hospitality .

(Local breakfast) The noodle soup at the breakfast is often under cooked , and need to cook a bit longer . I suggested cooking with a smaller pan to get a better texture . The rest of the breakfast was brilliant .

It’s okay until is busy and then it’s just poor

It’s a good hotel, until it’s busy. At full capacity the breakfast was almost empty and there was not hot water. Also, the hotel allows parties even at 7am in communal areas like the pool. This disturbs guest. Also kids were just playing in the gym. The shower just sprayed out water so we ended up having the fill a bath which is a waste of water. The staff are super amazing and I was happy they were kind. Honestly made our stay great. It’s a shame the rest is below average.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The room was very spacious with room for a couple of chairs plus 2 more outside. It had a nice outlook over the lush gardens which were well maintained. The pool was a good size and did not feel overcrowded. All the staff were friendly and polite. There was also a jogging track amongst the front gardens which I used a couple of times.

It would have been better if there was a safe in the room, and also a ceiling fan would have been handy.

I dont know if the staff were new, but we didn't get the service we expected. They helped us get a motorbike but didn't tell us which one it was. The fuel was almost empty and a mirror was missing. We also ordered food to the room which took a long time, the taste was lacking, portions small, and the satay was undercooked. We got a refund, but we were overall not impressed with the food and service

I found it extremely uncomfortable that people were smoking in the dining area. I understand it’s an outdoor place, but eating while people are smoking around you is very unsettling for non smokers, you should really make it a free smoke area. customers can just stand up and walk 20 stops out of the area without annoying other customers. the food was really delicious, unfortunately for two nights in a row I asked to have bigger sizing (I said I could pay the difference) but that never happened.

Superior Rooms

The staff was very rude. They have confirmed superior room with bathtub, but when I reached, they told that superior room doesn't have bathtub. Also, AC was not working properly. They offered to upgrade the room but all the rooms which they showed were very smelly and small. When I told them that I am not satisfied then they asked me to get a refund and find another hotel in the night. They compensated with complementary breakfast but they were so rude like that they are giving huge favor to me because of which I didn't take their breakfast too. Also, the vegetarian options are very limited and not good. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

At the back of the complex, there a pool, restaurant and days beds looking out to the sea, which was just stunning and beautiful!!
