Very relaxing!

Small and quiet, which after Ubud was fantastic. The room with outside bathroom was superb, and breakfast made to order 5m from the beach was an absolute pleasure. The sunbeds were very comfortable and shaded by lovely trees, and you could do lengths in the pool. Highly recommend this hotel.

You must see the dolphins, but arrange through a company not the hotel. Even then they won’t go out unless conditions are calm.

Great location. Dolphin Tour boat picks you up from the beach in front of the hotel. Garden backing onto the beach was a fantastic spot to relax with lovely daybed and vegetation. Staff a great help organising scooter rental and anything needed.

A Truly Memorable Stay at Frangipani Hotel, Lovina Our stay at the Frangipani Hotel in Lovina was nothing short of exceptional, offering a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and heartfelt hospitality from the moment we arrived. We were welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink that instantly set the tone for a relaxing and indulgent stay. It was a small but thoughtful touch that made us feel genuinely cared for and immediately at ease. One of the standout features of the hotel is its stunning pool area. The pool is beautifully maintained and generously sized, making it ideal for both relaxing swims and leisurely lounging. Surrounded by a lovely deck and comfortable lounge chairs, it became a natural gathering place where guests could unwind, soak up the atmosphere, and easily strike up friendly conversations. The shared pool spaces created a wonderful sense of community, and we truly enjoyed making new friends with fellow travelers in such a relaxed and open setting. The VIP room was another absolute highlight of our stay. Spacious, grand, and undeniably luxurious, it felt more like a private retreat than a hotel room. The size alone was impressive, but it was the sense of calm, comfort, and understated elegance that made it truly special. It offered plenty of space to relax and recharge, making it perfect for a longer, more indulgent stay. Dining at the Frangipani Hotel was a delight. Breakfasts were grand, with American. Continental and Indonesian options available along with kid options!

More nights to stay at Frangipani!! Literally it is a palace of a hotel right on the beach.. what more could you ask for?

As a small boutique hotel limited facilities but as expected. Couple in next room started moving at 5.00AM one morning moving chairs, coughing incessantly as they headed out for dawn walk so noise insulation between rooms could be better. Safe but dark 500m walk in from main road at night we were dodging some scooters and frogs!

Location was nice, away from main road and main thoroughfares of Lovina. Has some nice restaurants nearby and short walk to town.

Perfect, we extended stay by two days

Good breakfast (coffee-Balinese/Nescafe, tea, fresh fruit, juice and three options of breakfast at table overlooking ocean. Four good restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Very clean and perfect staff.

The location is excellent, right on the beach, watching boats passing while having breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants which are again right on the beach and magnificent sunsets. To us Lovina is Bali 30 years ago. We have already booked for next year.A

A small thing needs thicker sheets, quilt etc so bedding keeps you covered and not ending up a mess alongside you, if you get what I mean.

Amazing location just next to the sea. Very nice hotel and great pool. The rooms were huge and very well decorated. Bathroom was also nice with open sky shower. Excellent breakfast and good lunch served at the pool. Special Kudo for having send by DHL a sweatshirt that we forgot in the car during the transfer

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable otherwise there is nothing I could fault about the property other then they all went on a lunch break at lunch time at the same time and we were unable to order lunch and instead they asked us to go elsewhere for lunch when we just wanted to swim and eat there

A very small hotel in Lovina right by the beach. The room was basic. AC worked fine. Would have been fine with some warm blankets for the night. Breakfast ok. The beach is not one you lay in the sun at. You take a bath in the sea and go up to the pool. Nice small pool with some sunbeds. If you go to the right at the beach you have two nice restaurants. To the left you walk in to Lovina were it is not Much to see. The road is dark at night. The terrass in front of the room was nice.

The clearing can improve. Dust on the Wall panel. The beach is not any good. Very small safteybox.

A lovely eight room hotel with a pool, on the beach and adjacent to the beach walk.

My wife and I found this to be the perfect place for us to stay in Lovina. Located on the beach walk it is minutes from Lovina town and has very good restaurants nearby and a lovely pool. Breakfast was also satisfactory and two bottles of water are provided every day.

We really liked everything but if we were to get picky, hot water in the bathroom sink would be a plus. Of course the outdoor shower had plenty hot water.

Lovely pool, lovely location, good breakfast. Did the dolphin watching and snorkelling directly from the hotel. Lovely clean room, cleaned daily, really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Overpriced

Was close to the beach

Arrived after paying for 2 nights to find out that they had put someone else in our room. Clearly the check in manager doesn't ask for ID or passports when checking guests in. We paid for the best room on the property, as the other people was already in the room and we was only staying 2 nights I said to just let those people stay in the room. When my wife was asked to pay for the room the manager did we still have to pay for the best room in the hotel even though we aren't using it. Clearly this is a scam and possibly illegal. The room has a tv that's around 20 years old with no cable tv and the reception for local TV was minimal. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all but go next door to The Lovina which is a new hotel with more amenities and the same price
