We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

The buffet breakfast was very nice and there was a good selection. We were able to eat and see the pool and behind it the ocean. The location of the resort on the beach front provided wonderful sunrises and sunsets. We loved being able to catch the boat for the Dolphin Tour from right outside the hotel. The provision of a shuttle along to the Dolphin statue and down to Pepitos was fantastic. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool.

We had an issue with the air-conditioning and ended up asking for a floor fan as well which the resort happily provided.

Nice place in great location but outdated and possibly asking too much per room a night

Great location and the facility was clean as were the rooms. The breakfast was also good with plenty of variety. The gardens were also kept clean but the facility itself needs some refurbishment.

Simply the cost of the rooms per night was well above what you would expect of an aging facility and compared to the other accommodation available in the area. We stayed in another self contained newly built villa that was very private with a pool and exceptionally luxury for the same price as the old rooms at this resort.

Wonderful place to relax and unwind.

There is so much to like about Aneka. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The room was a great size, clean and we found the bed comfortable. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The breakfast buffet was tasty, plentiful and the options changed each day. We loved our stay and would go back.

The showers could be warmer but that would only really bother me if the outside temperature was cooler.

Closeness to the beach. Friendly staff. Big pool with perfect temperature water. Big rooms.

Amazing customer service

Amazing service. My wife has a handicap with walking. They were amazing from room placement to transport her via ‘buggy’ through the beautiful setting. They have a training program for kids and we loved talking to them. Adiadi was my favorite 🤩. Amazing service. Go to warung Ayu, secret garden restaurant and use captain Nemo for a 4 hour snorkeling and dolphin cruise starting at 7.

Plenty of other hotels around and we wished we had picked an alternative.

Complex was clean, room clean and bed comfortable. On the left of the beech , there was a fabulous restaurant with amazing staff and much better food.

We chose for a one night dolphin experience. We arrived at 1pm after a 4 hour trip from south of Bali. We asked for a coffee . We were advised that we could only get Balinese coffee and beer until 4pm due to a conference being held. At 4pm we were informed we could still not get alcoholic drink (although advertising 2 for 1 from 4pm to 6pm) or coffee as conference had over run. We complained to reception who advised a coffee would be delivered to us at the pool, nothing materialised in the following hour. Between 1pm and 4.30pm the conference was loud with music and Megaphone blasting across the complex throughout the whole of the presentation. The hotel should not be accommodating tourists on the day they hold other events. There were other issues, but basically very poor service

Basic accommodation in great location

It’s directly by the beach and you can find many cute restaurants on the beach.

The Villas are super basic and feel unwelcoming when entering. There is almost no natural light in the room. In the bathroom there is nearly any space to store you’re toiletries

I spent only one night there as I was on my dolphins trip. It’s a great option if you’re staying only 1-2 nights there for early morning dolphin chasing trip. Super worth the cost.

Very nice stay

The location is very nice, with direct access to the beach from where we took a dolphin and snorkeling tour organized by the hotel. We were lucky and saw many dolphins. Already the boat ride and sunrise is worth it The snorkeling was very nice, and we saw a lot of colorful fish, however, do not expect to see corals. Breakfast and dinner were very good, we enjoyed the dinner location at the beach. We did not try the spa. We stayed one night but would have loved to stay another night.

The bathroom is dated. The shower drainage was clogged and we had to call for a repair at 11 pm.

My Favourite stay since arriving in Bali so far.

Location is fabulous. The pool is about 30 metres from the beach and It’s a 2 minute walk for restaurants and shops and about a 10 minute walk to the centre. The pool is a nice size, warm and so refreshing. Clean towels supplied at pool and the bar staff are so attentive and come over to take your order as soon as you sit down. Food was very good. I’m a massive foodie and everything hit the mark for me. Cocktails very tasty also! Live singing some nights. Buffet has quite a wide range of selection. The grounds and room are immaculate. Daily cleaning and landscaping. The staff were just amazing and welcoming the whole time and helped with absolutely everything. They made this a solid 10 for me. Beds super comfortable and quite big. Rooms had enough space for luggage and moving around. Not cramped in the slightest. Only fault with the room was shower pressure, it was very low but hot. Water re-filling station ✅ I’d say it was a very chilled vibe and nice place to recharge with some peace. I’d say the only negative I have is cocktail and food prices at the restaurant. One cocktail is 200k which is about £10.90 😅 it came in a small wine glass too. If you paid that for a cocktail in Newcastle upon Tyne you’d get a giant fishbowl and a shot 😅 I’ve stayed in about 7 different places since being here. They all were lovely but this is my favourite by far. Easy 9/10👏🏼👏🏼 Much love guys and thank you for making my time here that little bit more special ❤️

We loved our stay!

Breakfast was simple and either buffet (dependant on number of guests I am presuming) or from a set breakfast menu - plenty of variety and food. Fresh juice daily was perfect. Staff at the Restaurant were brilliant and very hospitable learning the orders of us quickly. Super friendly staff across the resort and all so willing to help and assist you. The Resort has a little shuttle bus that can take you into central Lovina and the drivers are super friendly and able to offer great recommendations for food and drinks! Fresh and crisp towels and bed linen and very spacious clean rooms. The beds were super comfy. Bathrooms are spacious and showers are decent!! I have stayed a Aneka twice now and would recommend this resort for anyone travelling to Lovina. Aneka is quiet, well maintained, well staffed and pays homage to Bali! We loved our stay.

Okay hotel if you want something simple

Staff was accommodating when we asked to change room. No WiFi and queen bed instead of twin beds as requested. No nonsense hotel, it did its job but nothing really exceptional.

WiFi is attributed to a few rooms only, unless you're very close to the restaurant or the lobby area. Hotel must have been nice before but now it's somewhat old fashioned. Beach is really dirty with plastic everywhere, but that's almost everywhere in Bali. Sad...
