Great location. Loved the pool and the view over the ocean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were really good and the food was tasty. I loved our room. It was comfortable and clean. The bed was excellent.
As with many places we stayed in Bali I couldn't help but notice the poor hand hygiene practices and lack of education around infection control standards. Staff were not using tissues, covering coughs or washing or sanitising hands (nor were tissues or sanitiser available).
