Loved the beautiful gardens. The pool was ❤️, and the location of it, and the restaurant overlooking the beach was so good.

Hotel Aneka Lovina Resort and Spa is excellent. It is very very clean. Grounds - pools etc are very well kept. The staff are so well trained polite and smiling. The Breakfast quality was 50 / 50 - most of it was Balanese recipes - They did have bread and eggs, chicken sausage etc., excellent beans. But the European style pastries were well they tried but were made in some kitchen with very different flour. Did not taste like EU pastries. They need to provide better quality bread if possible. Food from the restaurant was not of great quality — most of it was cold like Nasi Goreng all items on my plate were cold. No one in the kitchen bothered to check if the food was hot enough for consumption - it seems. Have they got a decent chef / Balinese Cook even. There were lots of very young staff - all under training. Do not know how English is taught in Bali but even the young staff struggled with English naturally. More to be informed later.

The owner should Try the Restaurant food and work out what needs to be improved —. Mostly everything. My wife’s Tuna was okay. My son’s Pizza looked like it was just delivered from IceLand and it was tiny. All staff could do with say 30–60 minute of English lessons with weekly Homework — easy right?!.
